Excellent Customer service, very helpful, thank you

I am an online student. How can you know that the experience is going to be absurd in the 14 days money back guarantee. I tried to withdraw but the refund team says they will not refund me the money even though i have only completed 1st semester and not the others. Claiming only the part that I have not attempted but they gonna keep the money even though I withdraw. Finance team is slow and unresponsive.
I want my refund.

The finance department is very Unprofessional, disrespectful and lack of manners ( literally hung up on me twice when i asked for refund)
Have been trying to get my refund from past 10 months and all the time i just hear empty words and promises (despite submitted my doc 5 times for refund).

Such a pathetic and awful experience.

Had a great experience.. loved the faculity and the arrangement for gradutes and the guests.

Love it! And it was a grateful time with my fellow students and professors.

Arden university is one of the best universities in berlin. Being studying in it was one one of the best experience of education. If i talk about Arden‘s atmosphere let me start with very supportive teachers, people from different background and different learning styles, boosting once confidence for speaking in groups with daily presentation in class and what not. It was a whole pack of excellent experience in getting a degree and being prepared for what comes next and i hope the next coming undergraduates have a pleasant experince as well.

How can the students buying assignment from outside are getting pass marks while the one that are doing by their own are getting failed

I was so impressed with the how nice and simple the event was. I was so excited to be part of the celebration for the first time in Berlin. I will say well done to the organisers. Everything was in a perfect order. Of all the graduations I’ve witness I would say this one is the best I wish I will be doing it again and again. Thanks to the staffs of Arden University keep on with this wonderful work for bridging and connecting people from different backgrounds.

I studied Data analytics and information system management . It was very nice experience to do master in this university . Sometime I had some problem . Perhaps professor , student support helped me a lot .

How can you say i assessed module to the value of 15 000 euros for a masters course that was valued at 12000 euros? Where is the logic in that? Plus you are not responding to my emails. I only attended a few classes of only 2 modules. Clearly you are taking me for a fool. Kindly look at your responses and see if there is any logic in them. How can you say i assessed all modules for a course i was supposed to attend in person full time in Berlin? I can even prove to you that I only attended 2 modules. Kindly reimburse the remaining portion of my tuition fees that I am entitled to? STU128275

I experienced lots of headache to deal with arden finance department because i apply for my refund and i send all documents till now it takes about 1 year to give back my money i am still waiting for my money.The other thing is you only contact them by only mail so simply they ignore you when you apply for refunds i struggles to submit my all documents and now its about 3 months and still waiting for my whole fees. And they only reply that sorry to hear you all about and then simply ignores you. Now i am also hoping to get back my money as soon as possible.

From day 1 Arden University has made me feel really welcomed. My experience started from my admission officer all the way to my lecturers who have supported me throughout the journey. They go the extra length of checking on their students wellbeing. And the university's programs are tailored to recent advances in industry. I can only say thank you Arden University..

From the application process to the onset of my classes Arden has been very supportive and keen to guide me as a student through each process.
I started as a blended learner and had to transition into distance learning, with the aid of the student support team and our online learning platform this has been so seamless.
The institution itself alongside the Lecturers, student support team, and rest of the faculty members are very involved in a student's experience pre and post-graduation and career progression.

I recommend Arden to anyone wanting to pursue an Undergrad, Master or even Ph.D.

DO NOT GET MY REFUND TILL NOW. FOLLOWING UP FROM LAST 3 MONTH. WORST EXPERIENCE. GIVING FALSE COMMITMENT. COULD ANYBODY TELL ME WHERE I COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS???

Arden university is one the most wasted, scammed and unreliable i have ever seen. After paying the initial deposit and i couldn't make to travel to Berlin for my studies due to COVID-19 restrictions, up to date their have refused to refund me. I advice not to ever wast your time to apply to Arden University, their scammers and fraudsters, and i will ensure i share it on all social media

ARDEN IS A SCAM!
I applied for a program at Arden. They offered me a scholarship and I accepted. Then I completed my registration and send the confirmation fee. But then all of a sudden they said they made a mistake and they shouldn't have offered me the scholarship and I have to pay the full fee.
Upon this nonsense I said I can't move forward my application in this case and asked for a refund. And they said they will make a refund.
But it has been two months and no refund yet. They don't even answer my e-mails and phone calls.
ARDEN IS A SCAM!

Do not waste your money at Arden specially if your aim is to have a quality education.

They will keep phoning you until they get the payment, once the payment is done. They will not bother about replying your emails.

And dont trust them when they say you will get the refund. It's a trap!
