Inquired about getting some flat pack…

Inquired about getting some flat pack boxes to hold the glasses in as our original ones got wet at an event one night - The best customer service I've experienced - very quick reply and more than helpful - Thank you Luke - will be recommending this company to people for sure.

Always happy to help, cheerful and informative

We have been dealing with Arc for 8+ years.
The team are always happy to help, cheerful and informative via email and calls. They are now getting their online portal up and running, this will only improve the service we receive.

Great Staff!

Great Staff!
The staff I deal with are great and really helpful. They can get the short end of the deal though when deliveries and production dates are not communicated, but they do all they can to get you the information you need.
Stock availability has been an issue over the last couple of years and we as a business, lost a lot of money last year, especially leading up to christmas.
My score is mainly for the staff as they have had a lot to deal with over the last year or so and have always done it with a smile.
