I had a good experience with this company. Ordering was simple. Shipping was appropriate and none of the products came damaged. Products were a good quality and the color, material, and imaging met expectations. Price is a little costly but not horrible.

Late, kind of grainy, scuffed
The poster took about 14 days to get here. I had to contact support for my shipment after about 10 days. It wasn't until I had to ask that any confirmation of my shipment was given to me. Even though I didn't get a response the fact that some sort of action took place is a plus. The image itself is grainy. The poster itself has creases. Not like creasing caused by rolling/shipment process, but like someone aggressively grabbed it. The only plus is that the paper itself is really good quality. For the price I paid, I think it should have been at least of better quality image wise and not so scuffed up/creased.

Delivery Time:
Your order was placed on June 14 and delivered on June 28. That’s 9 business days total from order to delivery, which is not only well within our advertised timeframe of 7-14 business days but actually on the faster end—especially for a made-to-order product. Production alone takes 2-5 business days, and shipping within the US can take 5-9 business days. These timeframes are clearly stated in bold on every product page and on our shipping policy. As a small enthusiast studio, we do not promise Amazon-style same-day production and delivery—nor do we claim to.
Shipping Communication:
Shipping confirmations are automatically sent when your order ships—please check spam or promotions folders if you did not see this. We promptly resent your tracking details when you contacted us, and your order was already in transit.
Poster Quality & Creasing:
Our posters are printed at 300 dpi on heavyweight matte paper. If there were any issues with quality or damage in transit, please send us photos so we can resolve the issue for you.
Final Note:
We are always happy to help resolve concerns, but we do ask that customers review our policies and expectations before ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
Too much blur
One print came out okay with some blur, but the second print had a lot of blur and is not up to standard. For the price you figure both prints would've been much better. Also, it took 11 business days for this order.

Packaged very well. Outer box had punctures and impact damage. The items don't appear to have suffered any damage. Kudos to the way they were secured.

(Original review)The package did not resist impact damage which resulted in the posters getting irreversible creases. Suggest you use rigid tubes for shipping. Had they not arrived damaged a better rating would’ve been given. (Update below)
I just wanted to add, before much more time goes by, that a representative from Architeg Prints immediately reached out to me after learning of the damage in shipping issue. This company clearly cares about providing quality customer service and products. They are good communicators and have been very helpful and responsive. New posters have been shipped without any cost, and I'm very pleased with the way they've gone about rectifying the issue. I will use them again.
