Great customer service
My delivery went missing in the mail. A quick email back to them telling what had happened resulted in another item despatched via express post. Can't ask for more than that.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received a copy of the receipt/invoice. A copy is always included with the despatched goods and one of the team said they emailed a copy to you as well. Have you checked your junk folder?
