So many amazing comments Iam still puzzled why. Are they true comments or made up ? Please be careful with this company.

I paid more than a month ago with the help of the sales guy Scott O Connell, He promised shipping within 3–5 days, but I have never received anything.
• No tracking number.
• No shipping confirmation.
• Every time I asked for updates, I only got excuses (“I need to check,” “my boss will contact you”) — but nothing ever happened.

It has now been well over a month with no delivery and no refund on the horizon.

Be very careful — this seller/site cannot be trusted.

So far so good. Response is fast and helpful.

Did have a few challenges on the 8tb image, and could use more seeders to speed up downloads. But the team there assisted in configuring my system for optimal conditions and avoiding Tixati preallocation.

Currently copying sectors to my new 8tb furcuda will update again after.

Well worth it if you are a retro arcader.

I ordered the 20TB Retrobat build download, initially it would not download, emailed Scott and within a very short time he emailed me back with a solution. I have used Arcadesystems a few times now and honestly say the customer service is on point, I would definitely continue to use and recommend Arcadesystems in the future.

Very happy with my purchase. Was upgradet for free to the 150tb Drive which is huge! Works fine for me but i only used the Roms and not the prebuild Retrobat Setup.

Support was also quick by answering my questions.

Contacted Arcade Systems with what I was looking for, something plugin and play but with all the old classics. Has to be said, they delivered big time. Over the moon with my setup. 5mins from installing the BATOCERA 8Tb HDD to playing games.

My first download purchase wasn't too great and it took forever to download everything (over a week). But I went ahead and made a second purchase and it went much better. The download speeds were tremendous and in less than a day, I had downloaded my purchase. I was very pleased. As far as I'm concerned, the second download method should be the standard way to go. I purchased a LifeTime 8TB Launchbox setup.
After 4 years they removed my access and claimed it was only a 2 year licence.

A complete SCAM

I have now rebuilt a much better versions without duplicates, comics and garbage like unwanted and unused emulators. They also claimed they updated regularly and it was never updated once in the 4 years I had it, using a very old version of mame.

Build it yourself, it is easy with Launchbox pre-populating emulators and images. Plus it is very satisfying.

I'm an 80s/90s gamer and I see in this team the definitive curators for my games collection. I've had an account for a couple of years now and I'm happy to see the project growing.

Ero molto interessato ai prodotti di Arcadesystems, spinto dalla nostalgia e dalla passione per il retrogaming. Dopo aver visto un pacchetto che prometteva buone prestazioni per un dispositivo gaming portatile, ho deciso di acquistarlo.

Purtroppo, è stata una grande delusione: il prodotto non funziona affatto. Ho subito contattato l'assistenza per ricevere supporto, ma le uniche indicazioni ricevute erano generiche e già provate da me – ovviamente senza alcun risultato. Ho chiarito più volte che il dispositivo non funzionava nemmeno seguendo le loro istruzioni, ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta concreta, né tantomeno una soluzione.

Dopo vari tentativi e diverse email ignorate, ho capito che i miei soldi erano semplicemente buttati. Nessun rimborso, nessun supporto, nessuna attenzione al cliente.

Un'esperienza estremamente negativa, caratterizzata da scarsa serietà e totale assenza di comunicazione. Non comprerò mai più da loro e sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi acquisto a chiunque stia pensando di farlo.
