I never received my my product request Ithey told to go to some type of site I couldn't really understand it was a pain to get in abd when figured out it was a a download button it didn't work I try tell customers service they kept telling me the same and it very confusing I never got refunded for not receiving anything.

Como o pude hacerlo funcionar el Batocera desde otras casas (gratuitas y con todo en castellano), me aventure a comprarlo aquí. Tras muchas veces seguir pasos con un amigo y solicitar ayuda por correo otra vez continua sin funcionar. No hubiera sido mas facil una descarga que funcione sin hacerla nada. La imagen que venden NO FUNCIONA. Volvi a escribirles y tenia que arreglar la imagen de 1 Tb con caros programas. La broma al final sale cara y a dia de hoy no he podido aun verla en mi Steam Deck OLed. No es una estafa, pero para el caso es lo mismo. No creo que vuelva a comprar aqui.

Just recently purchased the SD card 1.5tb for steam deck and absolutely having a blast playing the games I loved growing up. I had bought another SD card previously from another site and while jam packed with retro games didn't have as many of the console games I wanted to play.

This SD card has 280 GameCube games, 307 PlayStation 1 games, PS2, Xbox and loads of switch games (evening has dark souls for switch)

All work great and easy to pick up and play which is want I wanted

Amazing company. Personally, I would say ignore any poor reviews, of which there are very few anyway.

I have bought from these chaps a few times now, and they are top notch.

All of the downloads have worked perfectly. I came into a bit of bother with the 1.5tb Steam Deck (On my PC, not their issue), but the Customer Service was amazing, they got the problem sorted and they went way above and beyond what they needed to.

Also, the 1.5tb Steam Deck download works like a charm and is just a perfect build.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Buy with confidence.

I have not finished downloading but I love what I see so far I bought the 16tb LaunchBox . I have had launchbox in the past its real easy to add new roms or gaming systems I have also bought retropie from you in the past I am a returning customer the retropie was fantastic thats all I can review thank you for your great service

Bought the 75tb download drive. Had the same issues with download speeds that other reviewers have had since August despite being constantly told new servers coming on line/just come online which would speed things up, would have taken me just over a year to download everything. Confirmed with Scott I could have a refund, raised the ticket as requested and after 7 days still nothing so opened a dispute with PayPal and refund actioned within an hour.

Probably would be an excellent purchase if they were to sort their download system out and stop selling to more customers who will all want to download at once making things worse

Buy with confidence. This is the fourth dowload I have received, and once again Scott is great to deal with. There is a day time difference, but they are easy to communicate with, and the tech support is good. It's a small operation in a small hobby. These guys are very busy, so email can take a day - so what? I am very satisfied with my purchases and this company.

Worked as advertised. Download/ conversion process is time consuming but well worth it. Follow the instructions carefully. Batocera build is well put together, A+!

I was told it was plug an play but no I have to do key setups and some game don’t work when it says it’s all tested when I asked for help off seller no answer then sed phone me back at a time and not phone me so £500 wasted not happy

Haven't been able to get Dreamcast to work on LB. Couldn't update LB either. Kept saying it couldn't connect to servers. Realized that I have a very old version of LB. Downloaded a newer version of LB figuring that was solve the problem, but no luck.

Sent many emails requesting help with very few replies. Strangely the replies I did receive did not even answer the questions I had about my problem. Eventually my questions were just being ignored. Very poor customer support. Definitely doesn't provide the support that they claim.

Everything is out of date and unable to update which is a pretty big problem. In matter of fact, I received help from a person at RetroSystems who pointed out that my LB was extremely out of date. How sad that it took someone else to help me. The guy even gave me steps to get Dreamcast to work.

To also note, it took them over a week to give me my information for my download. That was the first indication on how this was going to play out, and it pretty much did. Very disappointed with this company.

As I do this edit, I noticed that he replied to someone else that just left a review a few days ago on here, and of course, I still have no reply.

Take your business elsewhere. I don't really think this cowboy has the technical knowledge; therefore, he directs you to Discord. He probably just resells other people's builds.
