Absolutely terrible service! At every stage in the patent preparation process, he was at least a week late in his promised delivery time window, and he would not even reach out to me to tell me why or inform me of a delay. Instead, I would have to reach out to him often several times to get him to work on my patent. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction but saw no improvement in performance. More than a month and a half after paying them to work on my patent filling I have still received nothing more than, "sorry, i'm slammed" bs placating email and a bunch of spam from his firm.

Andrew was very knowledgeable about the questions that our agent had regarding the net benefit of pursuing international patents. Very helpful in making a decision…

I had a horrific experience with this law group. I was assigned to Andrew. I can’t honestly say that we worked together. It started off with a pay link before the free phone consultation for infringement. The meeting went as scheduled, after I made the payment. I hired him to remove infringing listings from ****. I was personally having infringing items removed from **** as well. There, I found a potential investor to sign a licensing agreement. I called Andrew’s assistant to set up another free phone consultation. Again, I was sent a link for payment before the free phone consultation. I’m not sure where the free phone consultation came from? The phone call went as scheduled. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I received the licensing agreement. The numbers that we discussed in the phone conversation were different on the licensing agreement. I tried calling, calling, emailing, emailing for weeks to resolve the issue. It honestly felt like a scam. When he finally emailed me back, I felt like I was being scolded. I’m in the process of hiring another attorney. I asked for a fair/half of my money back. I felt like I was scolded again. He told me that he was going to have all of the infringing listings removed. Out of 100+ listings, he filed 4 takedown notices. I reached out to the listings owners as well. One of them wanted to lease my patent. I called to setup another free phone consultation. I received another payment link. I paid an the consultation went as scheduled. We discussed drawing up a licensing agreement and negotiating it. Two weeks passed, no contract. I called, called, called, emailed, emailed, emailed, without a callback or email response from Andrew. When I received my licensing contract, I couldn’t find the person interested in leasing it from me. Honestly, this was just "MY" personal experience. I went to this firm because of over 100 cases of infringement listings on ****. That means I had 100 problems. When decided to find another attorney, I had 103 problems. I lost contact with the possible investor. The infringing listings are still out of control. And, I have to pay someone else for what I paid him to do.

When someone shows me that they gave 100% and failed, I give them 4 stars. We all fail until we don’t. I wouldn’t accept a refund from a person like that.

With that said, this review doesn’t matter if the rest are 4 stars and up.

I've had a pleasant experience with Rapacke law group. They're very responsive and timely. I've applied for three trademarks through them. So far so good.

Cannot recommend this firm enough, everyone I was in contact with was super helpful especially Laura and Andrew Rapacke. They took time out of their day to help me out of goodwill and after many negative experiences with Law firms it means even more to have such a positive experience

I am very disappointed. I paid for my patent certificate on January 10th. Even though I paid $600 for this last stage of the patent process, Jessica will not take responsibility for at least double checking with me regarding my mailing address before mailing out my original certificate. She sent it to a wrong address. I have been waiting for over 3 months and who knows when I will ever get my certified copy of my design patent. Of course, there was an initial handsome sum to submit an application for the patent itself. I have lost confidence in this firm.
