BUYER BEWARE!!!
I bought a sweater headband and fingerless mittens, all beautifully made however, the fingerless mittens came and only one had a thumb hole.
I contacted customer service and asked if I could return them for a non-defective pair. I was told that the replacement would incur duties and taxes (that I already paid), that they have no control over if but that I could get a refund instead, so I opted for a refund...RADIO SILENCE...BUYER BEWARE!

I think as we were responding to emails from both you and your husband in separate chains about the same order it must have got lost somewhere. It was not our intention to withhold any funds. We have refunded the cost for the faulty mitten. Apologies once again for the manufacturing defect.

warm and comfortable
i have bought your hats and head bands and i think they are well made they are warm and comfortable they don`t lose there shape and go saggy they stay in place so you don`t have to keep adjusting them.

Beautiful product, shop around
Beautiful product, only issue was cost. Was £5 cheaper from shop in Stirling but did not have in cream, so ordered direct from company as usually same price or cheaper, not in this case. However, lovely hat and wife very happy with it.
