Arachnospace Omdömen

Amazing customer service, really helpful and friendly. Next day delivery, amazing. Will order from again, highly recommended :)
Thank you

The customer service of this store is top notch! Really lovely! The enclosures are shipped securely and everything arrives safely. I've ordered 3 times now and every time is been great. They even sent me a t-shirt for my birthday! The communication is the best I've seen from a business in a long time!

The website was easy to follow and find what I needed. I was contacted straight away when there was a issue and given options on how I wanted to fix it. The delivery itself was so quick and the enclosures are amazing quality. I would highly recommend and I will be buying from them again.

From the start, the customer service was second to none. I requested for a max ventilation enclosure, Richard added it as an option immediately. He was very clear regarding delivery times and constantly updated me, he notified me that the max ventilation lid would be slightly late and rather than holding my order, has sent out the crib with a standard lid until he’s able to ship out the max lid. The quality is as great as expected, incredibly well made and crystal clear. If you know of tarantula cribs, you’ll know how strong their reputation is. I’d say this is the best experience I’ve had with any company ever. Now I’ll wait for my spider to arrive. Richard, you’re the man!

Brilliant communication!
Tarantula kribs are pricey but worth every penny! Very happy and will continue to be changing out all my enclosures...

Fast delivery, quick response to enquiries. Over brilliant experience

I am officially a big fan of ArchnoSpace, Richard is a legend; and always responds to my emails promptly. This includes being Informed of new items and when order will be shipped.

I have ordered a couple of times now and will be ordering again as soon as my bank agrees lol.

The packaging is at a very high standard ensuring none of the boxes move during delivery, which could damage enclosures if not supported with foam.

The enclosures themselves are amazing, they are at a very high standard indeed. You are getting products from "Trantular Cribs" in USA just in UK and without paying around £50 per item to deliver.

I'm hoping that eventually, you can order the "switch treehouses" and other removeable coloured backs alone as a set; as I want all the colours to be able to match the decor lol.

I love the personal notes Richard does also, just adds a little extra to the customer care/service.

I highly recommend this shop, especially if your jealous of the American enclosures (as these are them lol !).

Amazing enclosures and customer service! I’m already considering putting in my 3rd order

I am very happy and satisfied with the enclosures I have received and very good customer service always friendly and chatty and always sends them out on time l would highly recommend 😊

Easy website to order from, items arrived very well packaged and quickly. Products themselves are the best Tarantula enclosures I’ve ever come across in both design and quality, a little pricey but nice things cost money

Arrived well packaged in good time, pleased with quality of enclosures.

First off great customer service I recieved the enclosure quickly and throughout the process I recieved guidance and updates. Unfortunately due to a postage error I recieved a wrong item but this was quickly rectified and sorted without any extra costs. Secondly the enclosure came quickly and in perfect condition and I love it would use this company again.

I am very happy and satisfied with the 2 enclosures I’ve received from him also my 2 spiders seem to love them too as they’re webbing loads as before they wasn’t l highly recommend buying from as will l will also be having some more from him soon 😊💖
