Although we changed providers for this year, Lucy was extremely professional in assisting us. She was very helpful and followed through on every aspect in dealing with our needs. I can not speak highly enough of how we were looked after by her, she was excellent.

Hazel was very helpful but, more importantly, kept her promise and called me back when she said she would. She also arranged an interim solution to the matter.
