6th street is the best shopping app. Always had a good experience on 6th street.It is one stop shop for everything I need whether it is clothing , shoe or accessories.Very Well organized app ,easy to access ,hassle free check out process and fast delivery. The return and refund policy is very convenient,great customer service and support for customer. I am a regular customer of 6th street and never been disappointed.It is best place for seamless shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for my experience with the 6thStreet app. I ordered my daughter’s Eid dress and accessories, hoping everything would arrive on time for such a special occasion… but deep down I was worried because of the difficult situation in Qatar and across the Gulf.

To my surprise and relief, everything arrived perfectly within just 2 days. In the middle of all that uncertainty, this meant so much more than just a delivery — it brought me comfort, ease, and joy. Seeing my daughter happy and ready for Eid without any stress is something I truly appreciate.

Thank you for your reliability and care. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into a beautiful one. I will definitely be ordering again 🤍

Great store staff

My order arrived in less than a week, I found that the size was big on me so I asked for an exchange of size, less than 24hrs later someone came to pick up the jacket. I later changed my mind because I wanted a jacket with a different colour, so i sent an email asking for a refund instead. I got the refund in 15hrs, no questions asked. The jacket was great, fast shipping, and great costumer support.
I have no complains at all.

Worst experience ever. No chat, no phone number, no customer service!! Very hard to have an item to be returned and after return, today is the 17th day with no refund, however the policy is 5-7 day window.
1st and will be the last and will never recommend to anyone.

Sometimes the products are excellent, but the last time the delivery representative delay my products for no reason, in addition the pants I received was cut in two places, what is this bad service, I have never seen anything like that

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered 3 items a week back. I got 1 item delivered but the other 2 were not. Kept checking the status and it only says processing and it will take only 7 days max supposedly. Been contacting them via email and whatsapp but you can’t even get in touch to a real person to assist. Just a bunch of automated message on chat that don’t really help at all!!! You don’t even know if they still have staff working as you don’t get any response!!!

ordered some kitchen products and arrived in a decent time. do reccomend!

I ordered through the site, a dirty piece was received without its original packaging!
I submit a return request and refund the amount paid.
I stalled for about a month only to have a driver sent to pick up the product!
I sent them over 15 emails and all I got were false promises!
They do not have any contact numbers except in Dubai, and the number is often turned off

If you want to file a complaint in Saudi Arabia, you will only have to go to the police station and file a complaint.
I do not advise anyone to deal with them.

تمت مماطلتي لقرابة شهر فقط ليتم إرسال سائق لاستلام المنتج!
أرسلت لهم اكثر من 15 بريد الكتروني على بريدهم وكل ماحصلت عليه هو الوعود الكاذبة!
لايوجد لديهم ارقام اتصال سوى في دبي والرقم مقفل غالبا

I ordered my shoes in March 2020. I received the item after 5 days. The size was wrong, it was not the size I ordered, and also the shoes were of poor construction. So I immediately put in a return request. It has been 3 weeks now and NO ONE CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE RETURN, not 6th Street, and not any shipping company. All I get from the customer service are automated emails asking me if my issue has been resolved, and I always reply to those emails that my issue has not been resolved. All my emails are ignored, then after a few days, I get the same automated emails again. I will never buy from them again and so should you. AVOID THIS SCAMMY WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.
