Aquasoft water softeners Omdömen

I left a message regarding the order of some more salt blocks. I received a call soon after and the lady had found our previous request so she knew how many I usually order. It was put through quickly with a delivery date of just a few days later.
The delivery was on time and the driver happily put the bags of salt blocks in our garage for us.
Always impressed with the service we get from Aqua Soft. Highly recommend.

Prompt, efficient and courteous service, could not be faulted

Fitted new MiniMax water softener and Kinetico Pure RO filter system replacing old products.
From the initial inspection visit to the quote and installation the new products were installed within 2 weeks. First class service and very happy with result.
Significantly better performance from both new replacement products.
The whole team were extremely efficient and in particular Adam, the plumbing engineer who installed everything. Top class job.

I tried to order on line but no go.I then rang and left a message.I was then issued with an invoice but I wanted a delivery date before I paid I left it a couple of days then rang again and left another message I wanted to speak to a human begin eventually someone rang me and order completed.

The company's representative was efficient, polite and thoroughly serviced my soft water machine.

Your engineer arrived well within time specified, completed the job very quickly, explained and showed me what the problem was.
My water softener is back in operation satisfactorily.
Thanks for the efficient response.

Overall the experience was very good. Easy to book, friendly service and the engineer was quick, clean, thorough and most importantly fixed the issue and got the water softener back up and running. Only criticism was the amount of time between booking and the appointment, that was a bit too long really.

Great experience end to end. Very knowledgeable and clear sales support with Tristan, professional, efficient and highly competent installation from Adam, and prompt and helpful response to after sales questions by email.

Aquasoft are very professional, excellent service, installation, and products, and after care.
We considered getting a water softener for years but were hesitant because of contacting one supplier at a time and how would we assess which is best.
Then we found Aquasoft - they stock several options of water softeners, they talked us through the best options for our specific need.
We are so impressed with them and pleased with the option we chose.

It all began when Tristan, a very friendly individual, explained in detail about the different water softeners, including the one I decided to get. Then, Adam arrived to install the water softener, and he was just as friendly. Adam provided a detailed explanation of how the water softener works and did a fantastic job with the installation.

Excellent from first visit to booking appointment and completing the works extremely good experience highly recommend.

polite and efficient installation with a full explanation

Helpful, friendly, professional office and engineer staff. Easy to contact. The problem was diagnosed quickly and a new water softener was fitted within a few days. Excellent workmanship. Thank you!

There was NO experience because I was unable to contact you to place an order!!!! just kept getting a recorded message over and over again.....just wanted to speak to a person for a simple query.....not the best customer service from a company I have always found really helpful in the past when placing orders... something has changed!

Adam was courteous friendly and professional, pipework altered to suit fitting of water softener was all soldered not push fittings and very neat and tidy. Happy to answer any questions we asked and was knowledgeable about product.

Very good 👍 but had difficulty in contacting them
