Delivery was delayed, setup instructions were lacking, self-drilling screws tented to break, was missing cap for the railing, and control panel buttons did not work.

very helpful customer service staff
called several times to get information about the units and delivery process. I was ordering from several states away from the delivery location to a new build, and was only going to be on-site for 5 business days to receive the hot tub. everyone has been extremely helpful, and the hot tub was delivered without any problems. As power and water is not available to the house, I am not able to do a full functional check.

I purchased a hot tub new from them
I purchased a hot tub new from them, it arrived with broken parts not allowing half of the jets to work. Contacted there warranty department and provided them the serial number and pictures of the broken parts. 3 months later still no help and half of my hot tub still does not work.
Thanks for the response saying you do not believe me. lol, yes it was purchased through you. Feel free to reach out to me and get it resolved. I still have an email sent to you and the warranty department with no response. I talked with your customer service on the phone and they just referred me to dreamaker and said the warranty is through them. Yes I purchased with you and it was shipped broken and is still broken

I do apologize if you have had issues. That does not sound like any experience we have ever had, and I do not beleive you likely purchased through us. Our team would interact withe the manufacturer if there was any issue getting a resolution to any manufacturer warranty issues.
If you did purchase with us, you must keep us in the communication to know if the manufacturer is not following through properly (as they will work directly with you and not keep us updated).

great job
The Aquarest team was great in keeping me informed with the process and even shipped a week early. The shipment was great too, driver was helpful with delivery. Big thanks to him! It took 2 days to heat up like they said. I have now used my hot tub for a week. It's what I expected, very relaxing. Great price. I'm a bigger guy so really only 2 adults should use at a time due to water levels. Overall very happy with the purchase and hope to get several years of use from it.

I've had my Aquarest hot tub for 15…
I've had my Aquarest hot tub for 15 months and the pump went out already. They refuse to send me another pump or send anyone out to help. Now I'm out another $500. Don't waste your time and money!

I do aplogize for any issue you with your pump. The parts warranty is 1 year, so it is definitely beyond the warranty period.
I would want to be sure there is nothing specific that caused your pump to fail. If you have issues with your pump running constantly, we may be able to provide some insights.
If it is simple failure, I do apologize. 1 year is typically more than enough to identify faulty equipment.

Very frustrated with the last of…
Very frustrated with the lack of support. I have only had my hot tub for 8 months and use it daily. Recently I went to use it and noticed it wasn't on because of an issue where the plug trips every time it is reset. I have called Daydream five times this week leaving messages and emailed them as well with no response. Due to the freezing temps I am afraid my hot tub won't be usable again if it isn't fixed soon. It is still under warranty but that doesn't help if the company won't provide support.

I don't have any record of your issues and don't have your name or email to look up your account. We are only the retailer and not the manufacturer, and it sounds like you are in touch with the manufacturer.
It is common for them to have 48 lead time on calls, but we are glad to help you troubleshoot when possible or to do our best to get follow up from the manufacturer as needed.
As for GFCI tripping, it is often a ground issue. The most common thing is for the ground wire to be a little lose. If you are able to safely do so, cut the power and open the control box. Make sure the wires are all snug/tight. Same thing on your breaker side. be sure nothing is lose.
