On my initial telephone call I requested a home visit for my husband to experience the bath lift which was quickly arranged. The demonstration was friendly & thorough all our questions answered..
A bath lift was purchased and soon installed into our newly refurbished bathroom by experienced fitters Paul & Darren no mess no damage. My husband enjoyed his first soak in the bath for several years safely.

Clicked for a brochure got a phone call arranged no obligation demonstration for today Saturday 17/07/21 after being at hospital on Thursday I sent them an email asking to cancel my demonstrator as the specialist at hospital said this particular bathlift was no good to me due to not having a backing on it and my disabilities
I contacted Aqualift 5 times with no response to cancel
Today came 11am appointment time no one turned up 11.20 still no one came
No email or phone call to acknowledge my emails and messages
Yet within 3 minutes of asking for a brochure I get a call to set up appointment for demonstration
Can see where there priority is definitely not customer care
