I spent over $500 with Aqua Cheats, including around $200 for a digital key that I never received.

I was a loyal customer at first, but everything went downhill after Luki got promoted. Support became unresponsive and unprofessional. Instead of resolving legitimate concerns, they ignore you completely.

When I finally called out their behavior and asked for what I paid for, they didn’t fix the issue—they silenced me by putting me on timeout in Discord, which is their only support channel. That left me with no way to contact them or resolve anything.

No product, no refund, no accountability. Just take your money and shut you out when you speak up.

I even supported Luki personally in the past, which clearly meant nothing. Omar backing this behavior only confirms that this is how they operate.

I will be disputing all charges from this merchant, especially for undelivered products like the so-called “lifetime key.”

Avoid at all costs.

doesnt do shi for your disk if your disk banned you will be told to buy a new disk even though it says it woofs the disk they will pull some bs and keep making excuses so the woofer doesnt work if ur disk banned the refund policy is bs and rigged it says if the team cant help you, you can get a refund but they will just say you did it wrong and say you have to let them do it or its not their fault the only way is to spend 20$ for them to do the same exact thing you did and then they will MAYBE idk give you a refund but then to get the refund you only get 3$ back ngl ts is so ah. after they told my to get a new disk i got one and it didnt do anything then was told to get a new tpm chip then that didnt do anything and so i spent a bnunch of money for no reason and they js finesse you and i had to manually woof my disk and got banned a week later but if i tell em their gonna blame it on the disk they just have lists of excuses and the t staff will constantly repeat everything a higher up says then close your ticket

The worst permanent woofer, you had to follow 20 steps. They say it's easy (just one click), but you have to change more than 20 settings in the BIOS. I followed all the steps, but this thing doesn't work. I asked for a refund because the woofer doesn't work, and they immediately closed the ticket. Plus, the support team is retarded, avoid them.

I am sharing my experience to warn others.

I purchased VGK after reading that all necessary files and instructions would be sent by email immediately after payment. This is not what happened. I only received a key, with no instructions, no loader, and no clear guidance on how to proceed.

I had to figure out on my own how to open a support ticket on Discord. Once I did, I was told I needed to wait for the developer. It has now been one week with no solution, no proper assistance, and no clear timeframe.

When I posted negative comments about my experience, they were automatically removed. I have also spoken with other customers who are in the exact same situation, which raises serious concerns. Others told me cheats are detected.

I have requested a refund and have not received any response.

Don't buy, just bad experiens bad support and u can't get the money back if it dosent work
