Thoroughly enjoyed the pruning workshop. Learnt not only how to prune different types of roses, but also how to prevent diseases and encourage healthy growth. Great supply of tea and excellent homemade cake too. Friendly staff who encourage you to be brave with your roses.

I bought these again, as delighted with the first order.
It was great to receive an email advising that you had some additional stock and this time I purchased potted, rather that bare root - very happy!

Packaged well and roses in great condition. Definitely recommended.

The proprietors are so knowledgeable and welcoming, I learnt so much from attending the pruning workshop. A really friendly and informative event and great coffee and cake too!

Very quick and efficient at dealing with order which arrived well packaged and on time. Bare root rose in excellent condition but the potted one had a very weak root system and I am hoping for the best - time will tell!

Brilliant workshop on pruning roses and everything you need to know about growing them from the experts and the only nursery left in Sussex to grow them . Lovely friendly couple made the time very enjoyable and relaxed.We were allowed to prune some of the roses on the nursery all different varieties so I came away very confident in pruning and looking after my own .
So very rewarding couple of hours in this lovely nursery and the cake was delicious too

I enjoyed the session on pruning, basically I feel a lot more confident at having a go at pruning. In the past I have thought I would kill off my roses, and also I have learnt more about roses in general and how to improve their well being. Two green bins are now full to capacity with my efforts to date, and I have still more to prune. Corina.

Apuldram roses ran a really helpful rose pruning event last Saturday. In spite of the cold wet weather Elizabeth and Jonathan inspired us to have a go and trusted us to be let loose on their plants. The combination of useful information and hands on experience was invaluable and gave me the confidence I needed.

I attended a workshop on how to prune roses. It was both informative and entertaining - and the cakes were very delicious too!

Liked the personal service, the fact that I was able to speak to a person. All the peculiar actions of the courier company were dealt with quickly and information passed on immediately, with professionalism and good humour. Refreshingly unusual these days and much appreciated. The rose plants look great and should give a beautiful show for years to come.

The rose was despatched quickly and so arrived in time for my friends’ special wedding anniversary, good customer communication/service and the recipients said it was a beautiful rose and an excellent specimen. Would defo recommend this company 😊
