Latest Aptive experience.
I received my notice from Ian saying he was on the way. When he arrived he was great about asking if I had any concerns and then told me what he was going to do. He did everything he said he would and then notified me that he was leaving. It was a very nice interaction.

Technician left my wood gate open and my dogs got out. Had to find them last night and it took 3 hours! Luckily I found them all.

Like usual I needed to show the tech all the areas needing to be sprayed. I was unable to follow him so I hope he did as requested. Saw several dying roaches days later but they keep coming back.

They were to spray for spiders around…
They were to spray for spiders around my house and supposedly sprayed my yard. I called about the mistake and was told they would work me in. I am still waiting and the website are multiplying.when I signed the contract, I was told they would spray every month until winter. Also I understood that I would pay when they spray. Contract is on line and too small to read. I think they are taking advantage or the elderly.

It did not take but a couple of days to get a large amount of ants in my kitchen.
I started seeing ants two days after they sprayed the kitchen. I also asked the representative if he’d spray under a bed he said they don’t do that.
