Outside of scheduled Appointment Slot
Service Technician was good and did a good job, but showed up at my house 3 hours before my scheduled time slot. Since he had to do interior items, I had to flex my work schedule to get home to support him.
I carefully track and execute my scheduled appointments so expect my service providers to do the same.

Service tech Jared did a very good job
Service tech Jared did a very good job. The thing that I very much liked about his treatment was that he included pictures in the “after action report” that he sent me when he was done. This was very helpful and was the first time that an Aptive tech had done this with the pictures.
