Unreliable and overpriced
I wish we hadn't signed up for this company. We don't agree with the monthly fee when they're only here every other month (when they actually show up), we don't agree with the cancelation fee and we don't agree we should pay when they don't show up. Calling their office gets you nowhere. I called with an emergency last October and the lady I talked to couldnt even tell me the name of the pesticide they used, which I needed for poison control. The lady wrote an email to the higher ups and said they'd get back to me. A day later, I heard back. They're lucky I figured it out and it wasn't a more serious situation. They've cancelled on us, I think 3 times just this month but I've honestly lost count. We have to take days off work to be home the days they come out to make sure our cats are inside. So we've missed out on work just for them not to show up. No explanation given. Don't recommend and I can't wait till our contract is up. Never again.

Not showing up as scheduled, repeated cancellations, and delays in getting critical information, especially during an emergency, are not acceptable experiences. I think the way they sign you up is…
I think the way they sign you up is DECEPTIVE. The person at my door told me and showed me that there were options for no chemicals. It was a lie. So mostly have not used other than to get rid of wasp nests. I will be canceling.
Positive note; The person who has come to do the service: Kyle is professional, does a great job and is honest.
