Receiving reminders of an upcoming appointment is very nice and on the day of the service, the tech sends a text that he/she is on their way. Once here, they let you know. They are always friendly, efficient and this time I asked them to be sure to spray for ticks and he pleasantly did so.

Great Service
I always get a notice of his arrival within 60 minutes, which is helpful knowing when they will arrive so they can gain access. The tech was very good at explaining the process and carrying out his task. The pests have definitely gone away due to their diligence.

Reliable
I have been an Aptive customer for many years and live close to the woods. I have never experienced bugs in and around the house. Aptive comes to my house four times a year and show up like clockwork. The technicians are usually the same each time which makes it nice as they know where any trouble spots may be without me having to repeat myself each time. Jeremy has been my tech for the past few times and he is outstanding. He documents everything with pictures and sends them to you so I have a record of what was done and what he found. I would highly recommend Aptive.
