Great Technician, great pest control service
Samuel was my most recent technician. As with all previous techs, he was an absolutely great technician, very eager to accommodate my service issues in a friendly manner. He arrived promptly, on schedule. I was particularly pleased that Samuel added rodent traps at the lower entrance of my garage door, both sides and he checked and sent a photo of the outside rodent trap. Additionally, I was impressed that today, Samuel sprayed and provided treatment to my backyard storage shed. Of note, Aptive Technicians always ask if treatment is needed inside the house, outside the home or both. Aptive provides professional pest control treatments with proof of application, i.e. they document the solutions/treatments used on the customer's account with the bill. Additionally, this customer makes visual inspections and looks at the treatment photos the technician sends via text and email. Aptive has great customer service reps. Most helpful when appointments require rescheduling. Aptive provides easy electronic billing. Proof of current plan/treatment schedules are documented on the customers' account at the Aptive website. Of course, the real proof of pest control treatment is the outcome. With continuous services, my home is pest-free. I have seen no bugs or pests inside my home, outside perimeter or yard. As a 6-year continuous customer, I am VERY pleased with Aptive Pest Control and its super technicians. I highly recommend this company!
