APT Commercial Chemicals Omdömen

doing it's job amazingly

Excellent in every way.

The booking process was smooth and straightforward, with friendly representatives guiding me through my options. On the day of the service, the team arrived punctually and ready to work.

They were meticulous in their approach, ensuring every corner of my duct system was cleaned thoroughly. I appreciated their transparency throughout the process; they took the time to explain what they were doing and why it mattered. After the cleaning, the air felt so fresh, and I noticed an immediate difference in my allergies.

What stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was to my liking.

I have dealt with APT on numerous occasions over many years and above all else is their customer service is excellent. The many products we have used for our local children’s football team include hand sanitiser, hand soap, Magnaclean, steri wipes, toilet descaling and cleaner to name a few. The products are of a high standard and the fact that they come concentrated and you dilute to use, saves space and means you’re not actually paying for the water you dilute it with. APT also cleaned our facility after we took over the building on Asset Transfer from the council to ensure the building was thoroughly cleaned before any of the children stepped through the doors. I have nothing but praise for the company and all they do to help us get the right products for the job needing sorting. (I have entered a date but this is just one date over a number of years).

During the pandemic we started buying from APT Commercial Chemicals and we have continued to purchase. We like that their products are made in the UK and how transparent they are with their ingredients.

Andrew's visit back in the day was a game-changer, helping us streamline our product inventory and save money. Their neat cleaning products are the the best when it comes to cleaning, simplifying our tasks and reducing costs. If you're in need of reliable cleaning solutions, APT is the way to go.

We often deal with lots of unpleasant smells, bacteria and germs in our nursing home. We found APT and haven’t moved since! You can tell their hand sanitisers and surface cleaning products actually clean, leaving a fresh smell, not just skim over the surfaces. APT’s products save our team a lot of effort.

We rely on APT Commercial Chemicals to keep our industrial facility in top shape. Their products are powerful and effective, and they consistently meet the demands of our heavy-duty cleaning requirements. Their customer support is exceptional, making them a trusted partner in our daily operations.

APT Commercial Chemicals has been a game-changer for our leisure center's cleanliness. We purchased Aquacleanse, Bi-Active, and Aromacleanse, and the results have been impressive. Aquacleanse rejuvenated our pool tiles, Bi-Active keeps our washrooms spotless, and Aromacleanse keeps the facility smelling fresh.

What sets APT apart is their outstanding customer service. They understand our needs and go above and beyond to support us.

For a clean and safe leisure center, I highly recommend APT Commercial Chemicals.
