I had a dental problem and immediately got an emergency appointment. Sara was brilliant - she recognised the issue and sorted it out on a short term basis.She then explained my options going forward. Thank you.

All treatment procedures explained fully and carried out with care.

Excellent service provided. I got a checkup and hygiene done on the same day which was convenient.

Dr Josephine prasad is lovely and made me feel at ease especially as I suffer with bad anxiety, I felt comfortable and defo w would recommend the receptionists was helpful and polite.

Shocking! I was referred to this clinic by NHS for treatment. I asked about costs for an additional filling, The branch manager stormed in and told me to get out without any obvious reason, I had never experienced anything like it. I felt really embarrassed. I would never recommend this surgery. (Can you imagine being shouted at when you are in pain and you cannot talk? The manager literally told me to get of the chair and leave. They didn't do much to acknowledge the complaint. I give it a less then 0.

Always very efficient and helpful with my treatment. The advice I receive will help me to keep my teeth in good order and maintain a very good looking smile for years to come.

Absolutely the best! Dr. Usman at AP Smile Care is simply amazing. His expertise and gentle approach make every visit a breeze. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I always leave feeling well taken care of and with a brighter smile. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great service! I rang up on a Monday morning and they asked me to come to the practicec in 30mins! Didn't have to wait very long to see the dentist. He explained everything (I needed an extraction) very clearly. His communication was excellent and the dental nurse along with all the staff were very friendly.

I really should learn that a trip to the dentist is no longer the fear inducing ordeal of my childhood. Once again, I was treated with care and consideration and despite having to submit to the drill, Jo administered the dreaded injection with real care and then carried out the treatment, explaining all the while what was going on. I don't suppose I will ever look forward to a visit to the dentist but AP Smilecare is the closest I'm likely to come :-)

Wonderful practice

Having been through a few difficult years my return to AP Smilecare was handled with absolute care and understanding. Sara in particular took the time to understand things and was so professional and heartfelt in her approach it really did make my recent visit enjoyable. All i can say is thankyou.

I had a positive experience as usual at AP Smilecare for my recent check-up with Dr. Hazra and her assistant Saff -- both of whom are always very good; the clinic itself was clean and comfortable. Booking and wait times were also efficient.

However, I found the initial welcome from the receptionist to be lacking. Upon arriving, I was simply asked for my name without any greeting or eye contact. While I appreciated the receptionist's friendly engagement of casual chat when I was making my payment to another receptionist at the end of my appointment, the timing was a bit off. A warm greeting at the start can really set a positive tone for a patient's visit, and being mindful of timing during interactions is also important. I hope the clinic will take this feedback into consideration.

It was a very good meeting and cleaning and as always, smiling and positive and feel good in the dentist's chair. It can be a daunting place, like in the film Marathon Man, but not with my hygienist and dentist, and their team of expert helpers. I had some of the numbers explained, some advice and a little bit of sugar free encouragement. Always a pleasure, thank you team.

As always Sabina & her nurse were pleasant, friendly & made sure I was comfortable when doing my scale & polish 😁

Jo, my Dentist, is the best I've ever had in 63 years. She's so gentle, reassuring, and efficient beyond words. I have always been a very nervous patient but I don't panic as much now when I'm seeing Jo. I also have mobility issues and these are always taken into account with the chair and neck support. Today I needed emergency treatment and I was seen quickly and dealt with there and then. The staff on reception are always so friendly and accommodating.
There isn't enough star rating for AP Smilecare as they exceed it beyond and beyond.

Excellent as always. I’m a long standing client at AP Smilecare. I recently visited the Hygienist and her assistant and the level of service was superb. The attention to detail including advice on oral hygiene, cleaning and brushing techniques helps me keep my gums and teeth in very good condition. They are always very caring during cleaning and minimise and discomfort. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
