Apprentus helped me find a qualified language tutor in my area. I really appreciate how the site helped streamline the verification and scheduling process on both ends.

I totally not recommend the platform at all for teachers. Today I’ve received a very rude message from a worker called “Gaetan” that does not only called me dishonest and “the worst Portuguese teacher” but also was very disrespectful. I was not expecting this at all, caught me off guard. It’s crazy that a system that needs teachers can be so disrespectful and unprofessional towards them. You can find better platforms elsewhere, that are much more professional and pay better. The system is outdated, people that work within the platform clearly hate their job such as him and to be honest, I was there for a long time and didn’t received a penny from it. Not worth it at al!!!

Not only does the platform deliver on what it promises, to offer a variety of skilled tutors to help support your goals–but what sets the platform apart from others, is the customer service team at Apprentus. I have reached out to them several times via chat and they reply extremely fast with the upmost friendliness. I always feel incredibly supported by the service team! Apprentus is truly a great website for students to connect with tutors. This site started my journey of tutoring, and I highly recommend it to anyone eager to learn or to teach.
The site has a merit-based ranking system, meaning that the more repeat student you have as a tutor, the higher you'll rank on the list. This automatically incentivizes tutors to give their all and best selves.

Since 2022, I've been studying English with my English teacher from the Apprentus. It was amazing because I could make friends and talk with them in English. But my English hasn't been perfect yet. So I trust her who has been teaching me English make me to speak like a native English.

Apprentus is a wonderful website where 'supply and demand' meet in the field of teaching and tutoring. Trustful monitoring. Payment policy is executed correctly and has even improved over the years.

I've been teaching English for Apprentus for some years now and I enjoy it very much.
When I get requests for lessons it's easy to communicate with the people.
Booking lessons also goes well and if the lesson has taken place all you have to do is confirm the lesson and you will be paid a couple of days later.
Most important is that Apprentus adds less than 20 % to your price for the customer where other institutions sometimes add more than 40% to what you get.

Apprentus is very user friendly, making links between professionals (teachers) and students in a fast way. A lot of improvements also took place on the site and overall it creates a system easy for all parts (including cancellation or reschedule of lessons). Payments are also coming in a timely manner.

Is vind het wel leuk site maar leerkrachten antwoorden ze gewoon niet snel ,alleen de eerste mevrouw was snel de andere 3-4nooit een antwoord gegeven ik vind dat super vervelend maar is de schuld niet van apparentus,mischieen een regel dat moeten ze binnen 48 huren een antwoord geven of zo?

Helaas kun je niet 1 les plannen zonder een levenslang lidmaatschap af te sluiten. Kosten rond de € 35,- extra bovenop de les. Jammer....

I have been teaching through apprentus for 6 years and have never had any problems. It is very easy for the teacher to find students, as well as the other way around. The secret to success is to continue teaching through the platform and not just use it to find students. In the beginning the return is not immediate, but with patience the platform starts to work very well. I have never had a lack of students in all the years. On the contrary, I had to turn them down because I no longer had a schedule. I recommend it to both teachers and students.
