Another two appraisals completed quickly and very detailed descriptions in a professional format

Ordered an appraisal on Feb 5 2025. They state the appraisal will be completed in 48 hours. No response when requesting status. $59 Scam.

I needed a price for a brass headboard I have Andres was very helpful.

Probably a scam... 3 months and nothing but AI generated chat nonsense.
Paid for the service in mid July 2024, here we are mid October and nothing. They took my money for two paintings belonging to my elderly Aunt. So in reality, they're taking an 80 year old dementia patient's money.

Sounded like a good idea until I didn't get a response of any kind. Good thing money back is a thing. Very disappointed especially with all the great reviews.

It has been five weeks since I requested a simple appraisal and I'm still waiting. Appraisily's website promises a "swift and stress-free" appraisal, and the site chose to display reviews saying how quick the process is. (my guess is those are old reviews...)
I relied on these things to request a time-sensitive appraisal, paid for the full package, and more than a month later . . . crickets. I've sent several emails and have received no response or an automated response.
Five weeks later, with no real response to anything, I'm beginning to think this is a scam. They take your money, ignore you, and certainly don't provide an appraisal.

I will never use any other appraisal site. These guys are the best. In a few clicks you submit your request and then in no time your appraisal report is ready. I HIGHLY recommend Appraisily to everyone.

I got the distinct impression that all the fluff in the report was A.I. generated. I don't know if the doll that I asked to have appraised was even looked at in person. I was only able to upload one photo at the time of the order so I sent additional photos. None were considered and the report came out completely incorrect. When I brought it to their attention they offered me a update to the report within two days. However, after a week and two additional emails asking for an updated report, I have neither received a reply, nor an updated report. I even did the work and told them what kind of doll it was, once I was able to research the mark. I just wanted an 'official' appraisal for the sale. I'm happy to update my review if I finally hear back from them. I always want to be fair and am not one to complain easily.

Why is it so damn hard to get things valued?

And the antiques crowd wonder why the market bottomed out... You make people resort to using guff solutions.

The appraiser was quick and thorough, and very pleasant to work with.

The worst experience ever, first, it was very fast but when the appraise arrived to my email I couldn't find an estimate of the value, after reading carefully I've realized most of it was generated by AI, of course I've complaint and they promised 2 business day, this all started on November 15. 2023 and I still waiting. They stop replying my chats and email and not even a refund. Be careful this Andres is scamming clients.

This service is a scam, ordered my appraisal, it's been a few weeks, nothing heard. Email said within 2 business days, their AI assistant said 3-5 business days. They stopped responding to my emails as soon as I paid for the service.

Appraisily was very helpful in evaluating my Dads personal property for the 706 tax form. All appraisals came in on time.

Before paying for appraisal on the art piece i was told that it will take 2 business days to complete the report. 9 days later - still nothing, just automated answers "rest assured, you will receive it soon"... Scammers for sure

I submitted artwork for an appraisal. The next day I received an email stating the appraisal was attached. All that was attached was a description of what I sent them in the terms I used to describe my art. I emailed them back and they said they would fix it. The next day I received an email with someone else's art work. I emailed them again and they said they would send me the appraisal the next business day. I waited a day and nothing. I emailed them that I was upset and wanted a refund, no reply. I emailed them I was reporting them to my bank for fraud but no reply. Worst business practices ever. They take your money but do not give you anything in return. Buyer beware.

I wanted to give them 4 stars but I got the appraisals I was hoping for after a few revisions so I can't complain. I'm betting this process was quicker and more cost effective than having someone come out and appraise the pieces in person. The appraisals were thorough and well documented which is enough to satisfy the insurance company.

I was provided a thorough, detailed, comprehensive appraisal of an original signed Warhol print within 12 hours of submitting a photo and a description. Outstanding customer service!

Fast friendly service

I sent in pictures and information about a painting that I inherited. I was NOT looking for someone to tell me the painting was worth a lot... just wanted to see if an expert could tell me something. This person seemed only to just plug the pictures into a picture search. When the artist that seemed to match shared the first 3 latters of the name they declared victory and moved on.

However, the section that should have explained the match about the signature was left blank - which was diappointing because the names really only share the first 3 letters... Several follow ups went unanswered.

This does not appear to be a diligent service.
