User friendly, great options for virtual styling and very responsive support team.

Apply Design has been our only go-to for virtual staging. Very user-friendly and it allows for more in-depth editing once you export from apply design. The ability to take these designs into Photoshop is a huge plus. Adjusting brightness and lights is a massive play in virtual staging. The fact these staged items look realistic is excellent. It leads to more clients wanting and needing these services!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to outsourcing my virtual staging so I just do them myself with this awesome platform. Super easy to use and when there are issues their team is very responsive on the chat to fix any errors.

More importantly the software continues to improve constantly. With decluttering, lamps on/off, room organization, etc they keep pushing to stay on top of things to make it more valuable to the user.

This program is so easy once you get the hang of it. I love the ability to stage one room in multiple ways so that options become apparent to possible Buyers. For example, a bedroom can be staged as a bedroom, an office or a workout room. They have a terrific selection of furniture, art, miscellaneous items, etc. This program is economical, and you don't have to wait for photos to get back. Outstanding!

I have been using Apply Design for the past couple years. The site is easy to use and getting better all the time. This is a great virtual staging program. I had been outsourcing my virtual staging, but sometimes they wouldn't understand what I was asking for in the room or edits would take to long etc. I looked into programs for my assistant and I to use and Apply Design seemed the best. It's very user friendly, they have a good array of styles and furniture to choose from. The only reason this isn't the perfect 5 star review is, I wish there was a way to tell the program when a virtual furniture piece needs to be behind a partial wall or in front of it. For the most part the program does a great job figuring out room layout, but every so often it won't let me put a TV in a Nook in the wall and there's no way to manually tell it can go there. However this issue happens far and few between, and overall am very happy with the program!

Have to admit, my first time use I was a little skeptical, but after seeing the results, was very impressed by the quality of the renderings of virtual staging! The UI is exceptionally easy to use, very little learning curve. Ultimately, my clients have been pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to the latest beta features improving and being able to use Apply Design for even more of my workflow.
