ApplyAll saved my sanity and led to a legitimate job offer.
I used ApplyAll after unexpectedly finding myself back in the job market, and overall I found it to be a worthwhile complement to my broader job search strategy.
For the timeline I signed up in March 2026 and by late May/ early June had an interview and a job offer in July 2026. Whoo hoo.

I signed up for the 200-application package because I wanted help with the repetitive, time-consuming process of submitting applications. What appealed to me was the hybrid approach: real people, supported by AI, review and submit applications on your behalf. That gave me much more confidence than a fully automated "spray and pray" service.

I was looking for senior level roles and gave ApplyAll The following titles: director, senior director, VP, chief of staff. It was slow going at first but quickly ramped up over time.

The dashboard is transparent, making it easy to track every submission, and I appreciated being able to provide a broad list of target job titles while they managed the day-to-day application process. Interestingly, they primarily worked from one core resume rather than extensively tailoring each application, which challenged some of my assumptions about today's hiring process.

The biggest benefit for me wasn't necessarily the interview rate (1 interview and 199 rejections, but hey it only takes one right? ). It was getting back dozens of hours that I could invest in networking, interview preparation, and following up with contacts. Those activities ultimately proved to be the highest-yield parts of my job search. I think ApplyAll works best as part of a larger job search strategy, not as a replacement for networking or referrals.

**Pros:**
* Huge time saver for repetitive applications.
* Helped me maintain momentum and avoid job-search burnout.
* High-volume approach surfaced opportunities I 100% would have missed. They simply were looking at places that I wasn't.
* Human oversight added an extra layer of quality control.
* Responsive, professional support team.

**Cons:**

* It's more expensive than applying on your own.
* Results still depend heavily on the strength of your resume, qualifications, and interview skills.
* The human review process means applications aren't submitted instantly.
* You still need to monitor your inbox and actively manage interview opportunities.

Would I use it again? Yes. In fact, I've already recommended two people to ApplyAll. I think of ApplyAll as outsourcing the administrative grind of a job search so I could focus on the activities that only I could do. In today's competitive market, preserving my time, energy, and sanity was well worth it.

ApplyAll helped my get 4 real interviews (slightly more phone screens) and even a job offer. 2 of these interviews were really high-quality and well aligned jobs for me, the other 2 were relevant to my skillset and I wouldn't have found them on my own but they just weren't "right" for me. That's not ApplyAll's fault though and it gave me more interview practice.

I took advantage of the resume review sessions the founder offered and it made a big difference. Highly recommend going to those. I went to 2 of them over the course of ApplyAll applying for me. It's more than just looking at interviews, it really helped make a plan for the search as well.

ApplyAll was a huge help in my job search. I was looking for Salesforce Administrator roles, and through ApplyAll I submitted around 269 applications, received interview opportunities, completed about 46 interview rounds, and ultimately received a job offer.
