Rude, belligerent disrespectful delivery driver
To be clear, I wasn't a customer, however I am a neighbour of someone who had a delivery. I have tried all morning to contact the Sofa Delivery company, it is impossible and now makes sense why the driver was so disgracefully rude, belligerent and disrespectful. He clearly knew that the chances of a complaint being lodged were impossible.
The large van had blocked my driveway when I returned home, causing traffic to back up on my road in both directions . After trying to get their attention, the driver finally came out to move his van... but only enough to give me access to put my car on my drive and then blocked my car on my drive. When I asked him not to block me in, his answer was to tell me to manoeuvre my car onto my neighbours drive to get out, as I was going straight back out after dropping shopping off. Appalling behaviour and abuse, however as you can't contact the Sofa co, it makes perfect sense that he feels he could act this way without fear of consequences.
