Ordered a coffee machine(order #23967) and initial communication was good. However, when I chased for delivery details they said it would be with me the following week - it wasn’t. Then there was no further response to emails or voicemails, the phone is never answered.
Refund requests received no response and as per other review I have now had to report to the bank.
I would also advise not to place an order with this business.

Possible Fraud?
Possible Fraud? We ordered aFisher & Paykel (RS90AU2) Built In Fridge on July 18th 2026 (Order #23940). Applienix kept promising delivery every week only for it never to arrive. Eventually we lost patience and requested a full refund. As of 21st August 2026 the money still hasn't been returned and they have stopped communicating with us. We have had to instruct our bank to recover the money. I would advise not ordering from this business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Applienix and an incredible Bertazzoni fridge!
I recently purchased the Bertazzoni RFD90S5FPNS 212cm Built In French Door Fridge Freezer from Applienix.co.uk, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service.
From the moment I placed my order, the team at Applienix was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. Delivery was smooth, well-organised, and exactly as promised.
The Bertazzoni fridge freezer is simply stunning. The premium build quality, elegant design, and huge storage capacity make it the perfect centrepiece for our kitchen. It runs quietly, keeps food incredibly fresh, and the French door layout makes everything easy to organise and access. The cooling performance is exceptional, and every detail feels luxurious and well engineered.
What really impressed me was the overall buying experience with Applienix.co.uk. Their prices were competitive, customer service was first-class, and it’s refreshing to buy from a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future kitchen appliances and will be recommending Applienix to friends and family.
If you’re looking for premium appliances backed by outstanding customer service, Applienix.co.uk is the place to shop. Five stars all the way!

I had a great experience buying the Haier Series 7 Versatile Food Processor & Mixer from Applienix. The ordering process was straightforward, the price was competitive, and delivery was quick with the product arriving well packaged.
The food processor itself has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, versatile, and very easy to use. Whether chopping vegetables, mixing dough, or preparing sauces, it performs smoothly and saves a lot of time in the kitchen. The build quality feels premium, and it’s easy to clean after use.
Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service from Applienix. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality kitchen appliances at a good price.
