The Protein (Critical Whey) * Taste: Smooth and like a real milkshake; no weird aftertaste. * Mixing: Dissolves perfectly with no clumps. * Digestion: Very light on the stomach; no bloating. * Quality: Low sugar, low fat, and high protein (21g per scoop). The Shaker Bottle * No Leaks: The lid clicks shut tightly—safe for your gym bag. * Tough: Made of strong, BPA-free plastic that doesn't break easily. * Smooth Shakes: Uses a mesh grill to ensure your drink is clump-free. The Bottom Line: It’s a premium, "athlete-grade" choice. It costs a little more than budget brands, but it tastes better and is much easier to digest. Overall the purchases I made were great and up to standard I’ll definitely be using them again

Couldn't do with mesh instead of whatever that plastic thing in the top is as my protein is semi lumpy after shaking. It is the high calorie one tho
