Great Customer Service
The real measure of a company is how they deal with any issues and Appliance World Online has been amazing.
We had problems with an AEG dryer which was under warranty. We had a pretty poor experience with AEG and their domestic repairs company. They were unable to identify the cause of technical issues which effectively left us without a useable dryer for some months.
It was so refreshing to deal with Appliance World where we had purchased the dryer. They responded quickly to enquiries and within days organised a replacement Bosch dryer, delivered it and took away the faulty machine. 10/10 for excellent customer service and happy customers.

Really good experience with this…
Really good experience with this company. Got the best price around for what I wanted. I would have paid more elsewhere if I had wanted quick delivery but I didn’t need it. I knew I’d have to wait for the product to come into stock but they emailed me to double check I was happy with that and responded quickly to emails.
I paid for my old fridge to be removed and new one installed. I’ve dropped a star because the fitter could not get the fridge door to close without rubbing. He left it saying best he could do. My husband managed to tweak it to fit it properly in the end. I called them to let them know and said we’ve sorted it. A couple of days later two guys turned up to check everything was ok and that it was properly fitted even though I hadn’t asked them to I appreciated that they were checking their work. Would recommend.

Following our review, the delivery team reported that the flooring damage was present prior to the appliance removal and was not caused during the collection. We appreciate that this may be disappointing, however our investigation did not find evidence that the damage occurred during the service provided.
We always take customer feedback seriously and do not ignore complaints. All concerns raised with us are reviewed and responded to as part of our complaints process.

Excellent customer service
Extractor hood arrived very quickly but unfortunately one of the lights did not work. Called customer services and Mike dealt with the manufacturer directly and got us a replacement delivered within a couple of days. Mike was brilliant and communicated everything to us very efficiently.

Good price and great delivery service
This was the best price I could find for the Bosch washing machine we ordered. The delivery service was great. Night before I had a 2 hour slot and then on the morning the delivery time was updated to a 15 minute window.
