This was the first time I used Appliance Doc and I couldn’t be more pleased. Appliance Doc (David) was responsive and able to get me set up with a tech (Eli) within hours of the call. I received clear responses to all my questions from both David and Eli and had my refrigerator back up and running in short time. Eli was on time, friendly, professional and capable.
