Joke of a company.
Bought it in lockdown for the year and didn’t work for 3 months.
I try contacting them everyday and go no reply for 3 extra months.
In this time The app was still not working!
I hope they get done for stealing peoples money.
£55 refund out of £300. What a joke.
And still won’t reply to my messages

J'ai pris l'abonnement illimité pour 1 an. L'appli a planté. Aucun retour client. Pas de remboursements. Une arnaque... Très déçue.

DO NOT by any means sign up with any packages with this company- stick to the the Free. I brought a years' package to use for my instagram account, because you get more features over £100 may I add ( which although was working great initially) A week later I got a message a to say the site is under maintenance no pre warnings and of which has been the case for the last 2 months and more. Customer service do not get back to you regarding this matter but only on to instruct you on how to change your current plan back to free. SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS. Totally fuming about this. BE WARNED PEOPLE!

Une vraie escroquerie
Une vraie escroquerie ! Un an facturé sans appel préalable à renouvellement. L'appli a disparu et laissé place à un formulaire bidon en ligne. Ma crainte est de ne pas savoir comment bloquer un éventuel nouveau prélèvement dans un an

Arnaque oubliez Apphi
Arnaque ! L apli iphone a disparu apres une maintenance d une semaine.
Ils ont facturé un an et mis la clef soys la porte :-(

L'application semble ne plus fonctionner depuis 2/3 semaines, il annonce qu'ils sont en maintenance.
Attention, je vous conseille donc d'attendre que le service soit disponible avant de souscrire.

Apphi est une application et un site internet encore trop peu connu qui permet de planifier des posts en définissant la photo, la description et l'heure de publication.
Je l'utilise depuis maintenant plus d'un an et l'application me permet de gérer tous mes réseaux sociaux. Le paramétrage / planification de tous mes posts dur moins d'heure par semaine.
C'est un gain de temps énorme et aucun concurrent ne propose ce genre d'application.
L'application offre des services gratuits comme la possibilité de programmer 10 posts par mois gratuitement. Mais pour obtenir toutes les options (illimitées...) je vous conseille de prendre l'offre "PLUSS" qui est à 13€/mois.
Elle a un service client qui répond sous 24h.
Si vous avez un profil instagram / twitter / facebook... à gérer et que vous n'avez plus envie de gaspiller votre temps, n'hésiter pas à choisir Apphi.

Well....
I consider this app to be the best Instagram scheduler before, until they change a policy in the middle of the subscription without notification. I don't think it's ethical. Plus I've found that this app is not proved by Instagram, your account can risk anytime to get in trouble with Instagram before they get approval from IG. Plus not happy experience with the customer service person. I decide to cancel the subscription just some days before the renewal. I was seriously thinking to do a yearly subscription. I'm happy that I don't do that.
