Avoid Apnafurniture.pk , Wrong Order, RUDE Staff especially ZAIN Bhatti, Endless Delays, Refund Only After Legal Notice

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Apna Furniture, and based on what I went through, I do not recommend anyone to order from them.
I ordered two Bounce Bedroom Chairs with Revolving Mechanism. The invoice clearly mentioned that the manufacturing time was 14 working days, but they failed to complete and deliver my correct order on time.

Before taking the 50% advance payment, their representative Zain Bhatti was polite, responsive, and cooperative. However, after receiving the advance payment, his behavior changed completely. He became rude, careless, and unprofessional. I sent them many messages and called them repeatedly, almost daily, but most of the time they ignored my calls and messages. Whenever they did respond, they only kept asking for more time without giving any proper delivery date or solution.

The worst part is that they made a completely wrong chair. I ordered a specific design, but the chairs they made were totally different from what I selected. At first, they tried to convince me that it was the same chair. Later, they admitted that they had made a mistake and asked me to accept the wrong chairs with PKR 5,000 less. I refused because I did not pay them to make a different product. I wanted the original chairs I ordered.

After I refused to accept the wrong chairs, they kept delaying the matter again and again. There was no proper communication, no confirmed delivery date, and no professional handling of the issue.

After waiting for more than 2 months, I had to send them a legal notice to get my own money back. Only after receiving the legal notice did they return my advance payment.

Overall, my experience with Apnafurniture.pk was extremely poor. Their pre-payment behavior and post-payment behavior were completely different. Their customer service, communication, order handling, and after-sales response were highly disappointing. I strongly advise others do not order from them. Dishonest & Liars – Avoid ApnaFurniture.pk at All Costs!

I recently placed a massive furniture order with apnafurniture.pk, and it has been an absolute nightmare. My experience with them can be summed up in two words: disappointing and deceitful.
If you are considering buying from them, please read my experience below before wasting your money.

🔴 1. The "Ghosting" Business Model
Before I paid, the owner (Zain) was incredibly attentive, helpful, and communicative. However, the moment my advance payment cleared, all communication completely stopped.
My messages were ignored, and my calls went unanswered.
I was dumped onto a completely different person Mahd who was just as incompetent and impossible to reach.
They blew past their delivery deadline without a single word of explanation, forcing me to constantly chase them down for updates.
🔴 2. Shady "Bait-and-Switch" Transport Pricing
This company is fundamentally dishonest. I confirmed the transportation cost multiple times beforehand, and they quoted me Rs. 18,000 (which I have in writing).
The Trap: The exact moment I handed over the final full payment for the furniture, they backtracked and claimed transportation would now cost Rs. 70,000.
To make matters worse, they told me that if I didn't like it, I should just "arrange my own transport."
🔴 3. Horrible Craftsmanship & Wrong Orders
When the furniture finally arrived, it was plagued with defects and completely ignored my specifications:
Wrong Colors: I ordered entirely white dining chairs. They delivered chairs with light pink backs—without ever consulting me.
Shoddy Workmanship: The sofas have poor-quality stitching with visible seams, and the lamps, center tables have ugly, visible welding joints.
Grease Marks. I had light colored sofas and dining table chairs. They were all covered with dirty grease marks from the workers. Had to call in fabric cleaners to get rid of them
🔴 4. Insect Infestation
Worst of all, about a week after delivery, I discovered that the wood used in one of the sofas is actively infected with insects. There is a highly visible hole in the sofa leg with a pile of frass (bug debris) right next to it. They are literally selling infested wood.
The Verdict
ApnaFurniture.pk are liars who will treat you like royalty until they get your money, only to deliver defective, infested furniture and extort you on shipping. Save your sanity and your money—avoid them entirely.

Extremely disappointed

Absolutely disgraceful, ZN Bhatti alongside his production manager Mr. Mahd are very dishonest and unprofessional people. First gave me a timeline of 10 days then changed it to 2 weeks, then made me wait a week more, upon waiting 21 days Mr. Mahd had the audacity to delay it further by a few more days, in total they made me wait 25 days for just a single Chester which I still didn't get btw. Then they would not pick up calls when I asked them to return my advance as I could not wait any further, Mahd simply turned off his Cell and Bhatti then had the audacity to tell me not to call him again. In the end I got my money back but did not get my furniture plus I had to wait a whole month. Would heavily advise everyone to NOT deal with them and find other furniture vendors.

Apna furniture Lahore Pakistan: Biggest Fraudsters: Ordered Folding Bed.
Very Rude Owner Bhatti and big headed and took full payment then said, Bed Mattress was separate, after taking another payment then kept changing deliver dates then said vehicle broke down then said petrol prices are gone up then charged another 36 Thousand rupees to deliver.
Bhatti stopped answering phone had to deal with his junior staff and same like him rude and fraudsters: Even on their website only displaying good comments, only 2 old reviews to make reviews fair and genuine, don’t buy anything from these fraudsters.
