Overall response and service was excellent
Due to the uncertainty of the first delivery date, there was a problem with the subsequent schedule. Communication was always good, but sometimes the answers to questions were unclear. There was a delivery error, but the recovery after that was smooth.
The overall response and service was excellent and very helpful for me.

Always helpful to let customers know if a complete order isn’t shipped rather than experience an “OMG there’s something missing” moment on receipt. Keep up the great work, very impressed.
