A Place Like Home Ltd Omdömen 

We love the personal service, and the apartments have all been lovely, in great neighborhoods and with everything we need. APLH has always been very quick to respond to our questions, and have corrected the (very few!) issues we've had very quickly. We also appreciate that they arrange transportation from the airport when we need it, or have someone meet us when we come from the train / taxi. We've been using APLH for years, and will continue to do so!

Nick at A Place Like Home did a fantastic job finding us the perfect spot for our Christmas 2025 holiday, organizing arrival and departure airport transfers and mid-stay cleaning (we were there for a while, appreciate the linen change, etc). Friendly, helpful, patient and the flat was a good balance of price/amenities/location. (Sometimes holiday home selection feels like: we want nice/affordable/close to transportation but can only have two of these in any particular rental. Which is totally fine. Pick your priorities! But that's a great thing about APLH, these seem to have a good range of properties to choose from on the wants/needs spectrum, from simple to luxury - again, pick your priorities!). Anyway, thank you Nick and crew, for a great stay in London!

The flat is modern, attractive, well equipped and well located in Mayfair, central London. It is on two floors and has bathrooms on both floors. The bedroom is compact with a Queen-sized bed and good cupboard space

my stay at 5 sunningdale gardens was excellent. the flat was clean, well-maintained, and as described. communication was easy, and nick and katya were very helpful. i’d definitely book again.

Check in was fine, the apartment as described. Some of the kitchen cupboards were not very clean, and some of the pans really need to be replaced!! We tried to contact the person responsible for the flat a few times because we were cold; however, we did not get an answer from him. We then contacted Victor, of whom we had an email address, and he answered straight away. The living room was quite cool and could apparently not get any warmer - we were in London during a particularly cold time, though. There were building works going on in two downstairs apartments, and the noise from that was very loud at times (loud banging that went on and on). But the apartment is spacious and feels cosy.

We really liked the location of the apartment in Mayfair. The space was well appointed and had everything we needed. You were very responsive in sending out someone right away to sort out the heat and internet issue we had.

I have stayed at A Place Like Home rentals a number of times. Being met by a greeter to take you through the home and show you everything is incredibly helpful. So much better than staying at an Airbnb. When we did have an issue, their response was immediate.

The flats are always clean and well maintained. Exactly like described and in lovely neighborhoods. I always use A Place Like Home when I travel to London.

It was a wonderful stay in a perfect location in London. The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and fully equipped.

The location was perfect, close to Sloane Square, King’s Road and Pamlico Road.
The apartment itself was clean and for London relatively quiet.
It is a basement, so no view. It is very warm. We were there in Autumn, we turned off all heating and on hot days it was a bit uncomfortable. However on cold days it was cosy.
I think a couple of portable air conditioners would be essential in Summer.

Nick and Victor were very easy to contact and answered questions promptly. The instructions to get in the flat, the meetup to get keys and instructions, and the check out process were clear. We were allowed to check in early since no one was checking in on the day we arrived at Heathrow. That was a life saver as we were very tired from the flights. The apartment was in a very convenient and safe area new Victoria Station. We walked to many places from there as well as used the tube and ubers. When the coffee pot quit working, they replaced it promptly. It was comfortable and had ample room for four of us. Thanks to Nick and Victor.

Always book our London stays through APLH and have recommended the agency to many friends. Everything runs smoothly, any issues are quickly dealt with , locations are fabulous, the apartments are clean and comfortable.
So easy to communicate with. Wouldn’t consider using any other services to reserve a London stay. Five stars! Thank you Nick and company.

After our original booking on another platform was canceled just two weeks before our vacation, A Place Like Home came to the rescue and offered us two lovely apartments. Communication with Nick was excellent throughout, and Carol, the apartment greeter, was very welcoming and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and we had a truly enjoyable stay in London. Highly recommended!

All communication with Nick was responsive and helpful in the leadup to the visit to London. The pictures of the flat were true to the reality which was appreciated. We were met on time at the flat on our arrival and given a run through of everything. We needed to contact APLH midway through our stay and they were responsive and helpful.
