I would give them a negative review if I could. High pressure sales techniques including questioning our commitment to our business and generally being disrespectful, ignoring “no thank you”. Sales person was pushy and persistent, name dropping corporate businesses while trying to upsell our small family business. Do not fall for the hyoe!

This company is a scam. They will call you repeatedly until you answer and then offer advertising services for your small business. Then they will ask for your card information and will not stop pestering you until you give it. Please do not give any of your personal information to this company. Hope this helps.

I had an onboarding appointment with Apex Media Solutions this morning that lasted approximately 30 minutes. The first portion of the call (about 10 minutes) was spent explaining their voice search option, which was straightforward and reasonable.

The remainder of the call shifted into a sales pitch for SEO optimization services priced at over $4,500 for a 12-month commitment. I explained clearly and respectfully that I was not in a position to invest at this time. In response, the representative immediately reduced the price by half, which raised some concern about pricing transparency.

When I maintained my decision, the tone of the call changed significantly. The representative became confrontational and made statements such as, “What kind of business are you running here?” and “You called me to get on my schedule,” despite the fact that Apex Media Solutions initiated the original call regarding voice search services.

I understand that sales is part of business, but the pressure tactics and dismissive remarks were unprofessional and unnecessary. Based on this experience, I would advise other business owners to proceed with caution and be prepared for an aggressive sales approach.

This company is a joke. They talk a big game but all the reviews say otherwise. I should have looked into them sooner. I paid there one time set up fee which I was able to only pay 99.00 for and they said there was a maintenance fee every month. I told them that I’m not paying for the monthly maintenance service and only paying the onetime setup fee. (the guy I spoke with was Josh Wells) He said okay which he wasn’t to happy and really wanted to keep it. I was very clear to Josh Wells that I didn’t want the monthly service fee and he said ok you will only pay the set up fee. You would think this is all on a recorded line but they took it upon themselves to take payment the following month. So I call them they tell me is canceled and they don’t charge me anything. Then December rolls around and I see a pending charge from them again for the service fee they supposedly canceled. I called and they said it’s canceled but yet they’re still trying to charge me. If I didn’t have notifications set up for my charge card they would definitely have stolen money from me. This company is a scam and I would definitely like to report them all over the internet. Amy she wouldn’t give me her last name says it’s canceled but we will wait to see if I have to go through this next month

Worst company promises everything deliver on nothing. Do not waste your money or time with this scam company. They kept charging me my google GMB was shut down for 2 months because of them. I had to make a new one and lost over 40 reviews all my pictures. I could not cancel or ever get in touch with them.

I have a small rental company in Texas and was not getting the traffic I was hoping for. I partnered with Apex Media Solutions to drive more traffic to my online presence. I’m not going to pretend I know exactly what they did but it had something to do with registries on search engines I think. Now when you search my area my company appears first most of the time. I have very few slow periods now with a 10x growth in activity. I highly recommend using Apex. And in particular Dannie: she is very patient with those of us who know what we want but are not sure how to explain it.

Horrible customer service! I am a new customer, signed up yesterday Thursday 11/20/25. After speaking with a rude & unprofessional marketing representative this morning I requested a refund of my money & he refused. I then spoke to Amy in customer service

I signed up for google, Siri and voice through Apex Media Solutions. I was told I would have an onboarding meeting. The time came for my meeting and I received a call stating that they don't have enough employees to handle my call and to reschedule. I was thrown off as a new customer coming on, just didn't seem right to treat a new customer that way. I called the toll free number 888-989-1744 and a woman answered who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me I was difficult and said some other unprofessional things. I asked for a refund due to the fact that I am a new customer and this was all extremely unprofessional. She said no and told me I was already receiving these benefits, even though I have no login, no client portal, nothing to refer back to. Do not use this company. Steer clear of them, they are frauds.

Hired Apex to help with SEO. Our company started a new website for a niche in our industry. They could not get a Google Business Profile verified for months. The account ended up suspended. They always kept putting me off, saying to wait 5 more days for Google to respond. Meanwhile, they would send update emails of all the Google Business Updates they did, optimizing my then-suspended Google account. They claim to have increased the visibility of my Google account, even though it was not visible to customers. In frustration, I set up another Google Business Profile that was verified within days. Called and emailed multiple times with no real answers. As soon as I asked for a refund, they just said a supervisor would call. Still waiting for that call......

I was soliticed by this company. I spoke with a convincing representative, who collected a $200 activation fee...I was placed on hold for a few moments, the representative then informed me, due to the nature of my business, there is an additional cost of $399. 1st red flag! Moments later, I recieve an email receipt from Apex Media Solution acknowleging the $200 they just stole from me, however the time stamp was off by three hour. 2nd red flag! At this time, I ended the call. Upon some quick further investigation, I found that Apex Media Solutions preys on new LLCs, taking advantage of the business's lack of knowlege/expirence. The $200 Apex Media Solutions collected, is a free service offerred by google. This is a total scam operation complete with receipts, email follow ups and professional sounding fake consultants, who are actively scamming you. Stay away

To be honest I was so lost with anything with google business and how it worked, why it is important and how to fix it! Until I met Rebecca at Apex media! She walked me through everything has guided me to other things I have needed help with like social media! She is the best and super helpful and so sweet and nice! I really feel like she cares even when I’m so down on myself.

I wish I had seen the previous reviews before engaging with this unethical fleecing of Americans money. I received a phone call to engage me with the investment into directing voice activated searches for my business. It sounded good. I paid the $200+ fee that they said would put me on the top of the list for these type of searches. They said I would have a personal assistant to help me. Guess what? The assistant was a salesman wanting $500+ per month to expand my business reach. Great right? But I’m an online business not a brick and mortar store, their assumption. Top that off with a monthly required fee to maintain their service of my initial investment! This is a scam in the worst sense. It’s hook and reel us in! Do Not by any means spend any money with this company. BTY, they offered to remove the monthly fee but did not return my initial investment into Shame on them!!
