I have been extremely impressed with my Mach 2 charger. Performance has been excellent.

I would also give five stars to the ApexCharger customer service. They have been extremely responsive.

I was on the fence regarding ApexCharger. I am glad I went with the ApexCharger Mach 2.

Easy Setup. Great customer service.

I had a great experience with customer service when I was experiencing an issue with my original Mach 1 unit. They were very helpful in talking me through several screens in trying to determine the issue I was having. I sent them a video and several screen shots for their Techs to evaluate. After confirming that my unit was not responding correctly, they gave me a couple of choices on the replacement of same, with either a free reconditioned unit or a discount on a new Mach 2 unit. Upon receipt, my new unit is working great.

So easy to use charger. And a big plus when I contact costumer service they replied right away making sure my question is answered. Best costumer service I've had. The Charger is easy to use and to install. The Charger also looks so good definitely worth the price.

Easy installation and set up and even easier to use. Support even reached out to make sure everything was OK. How many companies do that? Very impressed!

This is the absolute best home EV charger on the market, and is a BARGAIN on their website.

Be sure to read the manual to the END for your extended warranty!!

I had an apparent issue with the charger as it did not reach full output as per Apex advertising. Apex engaged immediately and professionally, and after a very extensive process, we determined the issue was extremely unusual. A series of diagnostic steps were recommended, that ended up suggesting the problem may lie with the vehicle rather than the charger. After extensive diagnostics at the Toyota dealership, the issue lay with my EV, a Toyota bZ4X, and was resolved by Toyota. At no point did Apex hesitate to provide support, and I can now report the system is functioning flawlessly.

The Apex 7.3 KW charger is fantastic, better than I expected.
The staff at Project EV are so helpfull and knowledgable about their product. The new update fixed an untethered cable lock issue in standby mode. I am so pleased with my purchase.

Excellent charger comes with everything you need. It was easy to install and easy to connect to the APP.

I am using it for charing EV9, works well and the remote access to control charging using the APP is excellent. Also appreciate the extra long cable they provided.

I recently started using the MACH I EV charger from ApexCharger, and it has been incredibly convenient, especially with my hectic schedule. What I like most is that I can monitor and control it from my office chair while working on other tasks. It has made managing my daily routine much easier.

I just bought an MACH I EV charger from ApexCharger and I was simply amazed by the quality of the product and their customer support. I reached out to them via email asking for indications on how to enable the access to the charger only by card or via the app, and I received a response in less than 1 hour, and one of the representatives even called me to check if I need any more help. This is the first time when I see a company go that far to help me! I recommend ApexCharger to anyone that owns an EV!
