Apachie Omdömen 

I looked at a lot of E scooters online and decided on an Apachie, I purchased the Pro Edition 500W, it’s my first E scooter and I wanted to buy something that will last, it’s a really nice sturdy scooter but the let down is the OBX app, we have been trying to sign up to it for 3 days using 2 different iPhones and an android phone and the app just doesn’t work, I’ve contacted Apachie who said they would contact the app developer for advice, they told me it should work with iPhone 14 and the app developer said the app is working. The app is something that I wanted as a first time buyer so I’m disappointed that it doesn’t work and have now seen other reviews where people have said the app doesn’t work.
We will keep trying to sign up but I don’t hold out much hope in getting it working.

above and beyond service, had my brolliant scooter a long time n needed some repairs so sent it in and it came back with more new parts than i had covered ( inc mud gaurds reflectors ,brske caliper and even a new deck. it looks like new again!! thanks apachie

Bought the daughter a scooter for her birthday in October. Her bother and sister loved it when they had a shot so now Santa has bought them 1 each as well. Thank you Santa.

I’m son is super impressed with the scooter it’s stylish and not to heavy. I was happy with the next day delivery and I can’t complain about the price so thumbs up all round

Worst experience I’ve had I emailed them servals time with the problems of my scooter battery 360 degree turn tyres are bold folding bit snap off when I got hit by a car and yet they expect me to pay 250 more than I paid for the scooter when it reality it tha circumstance they can just replace the scooter instead of making me go broke and I don’t wanna hear ab the warranty and all this because I understand this they have to repair so many things and I’ve heard stories about ur scooter being fixed and then for it to blow up in ur house I’ve got 2 siblings in my house under the age of 3 can’t put them through the danger of my scooter blowing up because this company didn’t wanna repair it properly and just send me out a new one instead of trying to get money out of me I’ve had the same experience with multiple company’s and it’s the same thing everytime but I’ve always had a replacement for some reason this company just don’t wanna

I am writing on behalf of customers who are planning to purchase the Apachie electric scooters. I am utterly disappointed; my friend gifted me an electric scooter. In just two months, the scooter powered off by itself. I have checked everything; all the wires are connected, and there is nothing wrong with it. I have contacted customer service, but they are so uncooperative. Without inspecting the scooter, they declared the warranty void. They refuse to do the replacement or repair. My scooter is under warranty, yet they are asking for £180 for the repair without even inspecting it. Their scooter battery quality and parts are unreliable. Please do not purchase from them..

Brilliant scooter could not have asked for more really good price fast delivery

The scooter itself my son and I are very impressed with (MX4). Stylish, lots of good features, easy to use, very good battery life and speed is good enough too. I was worried about buying online though, in case we had any problems. However when I did need to contact them and send back ( turns out a user error and not a problem with the scooter) they were very responsive and helpful. We have had the scooter for a number of months now and my son is very happy with it.

So my first meeting with the team at apachie was absolutely amazing, I took in a 5+ year old Pro edition 500w that had been beat to hell and not only was the customer service some of the best I've personally ever encountered but they were also all really friendly and so eager to help I was left truly stunned, it went in for a really irritating flat tyre that I just couldn't fix myself and they over exceeded expectations by returning it in the best condition I've seen it far better than I'd hoped as I bought it from family and had only ever seen it beat up and fixed a few extra issues with the scooter at no extra fee even though I'd offered to pay extra they refused and only charged me the original quote which was so kind to note it's my only form of transport and they didn't wanna leave me stranded, the mechanics are extremely skilled and you can tell after one conversation the experience they have which is extremely comforting being that it's a vehicle that needs to be safe not only for you but for other people around you too, fast forward to a couple of days ago I had hit a lamppost at about 20mph (I was going down hill with the accelerator not pressed which allows the wheels to spin faster than the 15.5/16 mph it will travel on the motor and as I'm sure you can guess caused a little damage to the scooter surprisingly enough though it's a very sturdy machine and survived the impact with the exception of the brake sticking slightly, loosing the front reflectors and making the stem a little wobbly/ possibly knocking the wheel and stem ever so slightly out of alignment with each other but I kid you not that thing still runs almost perfectly and has done multiple journeys safely after the impact, this scooter the Apachie pro edition 500w (mines yellow) has left me so impressed I have bought a second one from them so I have one spare for occasions just like this one and I can 100% recommend any of the pro edition scooters from Apachie this thing just doesn't let me down and buying the first one was one of the best decisions I've made in a very long time, my first scooter is now in for repairs which are extremely fairly priced I'm absolutely full to the brim with confidence will be receiving the best possible care as the team are extremely passionate about what they do it quite literally couldn't be in safer hands, as for my second scooter it is now back home on charge but it needs to be said I decided on a refurbished one and they only had the C grade in stock there's A B and C and the condition of the C grade scooter is completely beyond expectations again and I'd honestly say this could have been graded higher without a doubt they have a willingness to help and a lack of greed you just don't see in the country anymore and they value their customers at a family level standard you just can't go wrong with these guys, the level of respect they've earned from me is crazy as a guy who doesn't trust easy I don't say that lightly, overall if I could rate higher than the 5 stars I absolutely would and for anyone still unsure after reading this review let me tell you stop hesitating and do it you won't regret it, last thing worth noting don't be discouraged if you can't get them on the phone this just means they're hard at work and it's best to email rather than call, special thanks to everyone at apachie for taking such good care of me a total stranger ill definitely be sticking with them for a very long time

Quick edit - to use the app it must be downloaded from the internet instead of the playstore i got the apk file, I found it on a website called Gameloop - Home --> Games--> Tools --> OBX Scooter for anyone unsure where to find it

Purchased an electric scooter for commuting, easy to order, good price, quality product and quick delivery.

paid twice on urgent order, they refunded one method and refused to acknowledge the other - leaving me with no scooter and as of a week later 380 pounds down. Shockingly bad.

EDIT: I sent a picture of the receipt for the payment and explained where it was sent - flagging my post for illegal drugs/ content was also a classy move. A shitshow. Still waiting for my second refund a week later.
