New liquids and customer service are rubbish
They have now changed the fluid mixtures for the by using different suppliers and the new flavours are disgusting. I buy in bulk the same as I have for years. But when I contact them for a refund thier response is
"I am sorry that you don't like it but there is nothing we can do to assist." Will not be buying again or recommending. The customer service is rubbish they are lucky to get one star. And the e liquids are worse

Fantastic customer service. My orders arrive at tine no mess even if they are short at stock they update me by mail My vape stopped charging and a new one was dispatched the next day free of charge - can't fault the company. Prices are excellent too - I recommend them to everyone!
