I requested to file an ITR extension. There was lot of confusion over emails. They have their office setup in India. After lot of communication over email, they filed and extension before IRS deadline. On day of last day of tax filling they filed my ITR, while have only asked them to file extension. Their software system is full of confusion. Their staff is not helpful.

Prashant helped me through the process, very professional, great overall service.

AO Tax .. follows up untill you pay the INVOICE.. After that they are least bothered.. you don't even know if they have filed your tax with IRS or not...

Most of the reviews you see in this site are folks who are related to them in andhra. They will call you a million times before you file but post filing they abscond. They completely filed my taxes wrong and because of them I paid heavy fees from IRS. I worked with a ganesh sunkara from this agency who was as inadequate as possible

I have been filing with AOTax for last 8 years. This year, Md Mudassir worked on my case. He was very polite, professional and patiently answered all my questions and paid attention to every detail. I've been happy with their service and the cost.

In my experience, this is the most inadequate service I have encountered. I strongly advise against considering this firm for your tax filing needs. The service is highly unprofessional; the representative may appear very courteous and amiable until you have paid the service fee. After that point, you will find that no one is willing to assist you with the tax filing process. You will simply have to wait for their goodwill, and you may also be taken aback by the unexpected hidden fees. Additional payments will be required if you wish to file your taxes, leaving you ensnared in a relentless cycle.

My experience working with tax consultant/CRO MD MUDASSIR was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience answering all my questions. He is up to speed with the new tax laws. I am glad to file my tax returns with the help of AO TAX for several years in a row. Keep up the good work

I have give chance for 3 times and they always filed with error and end being paying penalties. Recently they missed filing my state returns and when I realized and asked to file they said they are busy with current season tax filing and file later they are not worried about customer penalties.

I’m working with AOTax for filing since one month their portal has technical issues and doesn’t open any of the files for signature and download. They have collected the filing fees since then no proper response or call.They’re a bunch of jokers sitting in offshore who doesn’t understand the seriousness of the job they are doing.Their call center has attendees who have no knowledge of the questions related to tax and they say some one would call in 24 hours.
