I liked the ease of set up it has good wireless range, The video playback is laggy and also is the pan and tilt. The audio from cam is also laggy. Video quality on a scale 1 to 10 is 6. I have no idea how long the camera will last I have the classic d1 solar 4 camera kit with the homebase. I not sure if its the hardware or the software or app that needs improvement. But there is plenty of room for improving . Would I recommend to a friend NO not at this time

Bought 2 AOSU outdoor cameras. The video quality are amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

After something like 2 years of owning some aosu products it's time to review. In general overall experiences are not good. As you would expect all devices worked well at installation but sadly they are not robust and have not stood the test of time.
The little indoor tracking camera is the exception and is working well and doing all it is supposed to.
External solar powered 2k ( I think ) was good untill winter but very quickly lost charge, and as it's installed at a reasonable height it is just to much trouble to get ladders out and get it down to charge, especially with the weather we are having this year. Poor solar panel must be the cause and I say that advisedly as I have another solar powered camera installed at the other end of the building from another brand and the battery level is still 100% even in the depths of winter.
The doorbell came with a base unit which regularly drops WiFi consequently rendering the doorbell inactive. Battery on this one is not too bad to be honest and being at ground level easier to charge.
In general having spent somewhere north of £300 on these devices and with the exception of the indoor cam l can only report that longevity is not their strong point which is a shame as in all honesty they seem to be sturdy and well made and look the part

Reliable cameras with great features and easy setup

AOSU has made our house so secure. The hit all of the things we needed Pryce point ability Mount ability the app is amazing so incredibly easy to navigate and to find what you need. Delete to clear the Storage was easy. It was such a good purchase that I’ve bought three more sets of two and three cameras and installed them on family friends who are having issues on the property. We are looking at buying some Wi-Fi for our seasonal trailer spot as well. Great job.

I perches T2 cameras December 1 I did contact them three times and they told me please wait a couple days and it’s been like that 3 times!!!my credit card has been charged and cameras never been shipped . I did contact them on December 20 and they told me can you wait another two weeks I said :NO …I want my refund ,,,wasted 20 days. I sent a message telling them. I am not happy with that kind service and they sent me ;;;;;laughing face. ;;;;;I did screenshot. This is not acceptable. Worst company . if you can go on Amazon and look those reviews for those cameras 90% of them being given free set of cameras for good reviews!!!! who will not write five star reviews for 800 bucks? and on top of those review you will see in green print ,,,,,,,,Vine Customer Review of Free Product”””””” that how are they jacking up reviews!!! .

Whoever gave a bad review needs to take a lie detector test because I cannot praise Aosu more highly if I tried. The customer service is phenomenal, excellent communication and every staff member is an absolute joy to communicate with. Fast and reliable responses and extremely helpful. The cameras themselves are reliable and phenomenal value and consistent, dependable quality. I have several of them and I've bought some for family and friends too and I have serval cameras by several brands and Aosu aren't just an excellent company but they're excellent people. Been using these cameras now for 2-4 years and I can always rely on them. And if I face any issues they have a team of welcoming, polite, courteous and attentive staff who always help and support in the best way possible. Not just as a camera company but in general they are and give the best customer service I've ever come across. An absolute pleasure dealing with them every single time. And we all know how rare that is.

Please be aware that these cameras aosu sell do not charged in cold weather with the solar panels. You have to bring it home and charge it using USB. Which is very inconvenient.

I purchased two Floodlight Cam Pros and one Video Doorbell Ultra during their Black Friday promotion. I received all the products a week later. This was a fast delivery time, considering the high volume of orders during this period. Each product was carefully packaged in two boxes. I have tested all the products and they work as they should. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps they have resolved their shipment and support issues.

Overall our doorbell is pretty good, far better than the previous Ring ones we have used.

However, the battery life is nowhere near as long as they state, lasting only weeks rather than months, which is very annoying

J'ai remplacé mes caméras par des caméras aosus. Très facile à programmer. L'application est très fonctionnel et facile d'utilisation. J'ai rencontré un petit problème avec une caméra. Après deux à trois e-mail , la personne a décidé de m'en faire parvenir une pour la remplacer. Je considère que j'ai reçu un excellent service. Tellement que j'ai recommandé trois autres caméras pour remplacer les trois dernières d'une autre marque.

Quality of devices outstanding, and backup locally when I had a couple of queries outstanding. Very fast and efficient.

I had a great experience with the customer support recently. I received the cameras as a gift and one would not load. Apple who initially helped me turned it over to support. From there Ivy helped to resolve my issue. They sent me a replacement camera and it arrived early. I was able to set up with no issues.
I want to add how wonderful Ivy was. She followed up to ensure I received the camera (which came days before I expected it) but also checked to ensure everything was good. Not only do i love the cameras, especially that they are solar or I can charge using my computer, they are really clear. Top notch customer service!

I would give zero stars if i could. This company is absolutely a SCAM. We never received our product even though they claimed we did. Fedex even confirmed that the product was returned to aosu facility. That was a month ago and they still refuse to give us our money back. I have been calling and fighting with them daily. They only respond in the middle of the night and their emails are full of colorful emojis and you just continue to get the run around. We will now be forced to take this up with the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The door bell camera arrived and it was faulty you could not zone or create a privacy sector and microphone picked up wind noise. They agreed to give me a refund and had to return the item THIS IS STING THEY COULD NOT PRINT A RETURN LABEL THEY SENT ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN IT TO I PAID AT THE POST OFFICE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY By doing this they relinquish their responsibility for the package and it becomes your responsibility the package in my case was delayed by a week they did eventually give me a refund minus the postage

I ordered a camera bundle from Aosu, but instead received two cheap cameras from a completely different brand. I contacted them right away — they keep promising to get back to me, but never actually resolve anything. It’s been days of excuses with no real solution offered.

Absolutely dishonest and unreliable seller — avoid at all costs!
