It didn't take very long for our product to be delivered and we are satisfied with the quality-price.

I did not receive an e-mail communication with a purchase invoice number once the purchase was made. This would have been helpful.

The quality of the wire and wrapping is very poor. There are parts of the chainlink mesh that are broken. There were parts of the chainlink that were wrapped together making unrolling of the wire extremely challenging.

I had difficulty with my ordering and accidently ordered 3 instead of 2 privacy screens. Called the order department, explained the situation and was able to facilitate a return quite easily. Received my credit in timely fashion. We are very happy with the product.

person who delivered the product drop it in driveway he was in the back of truck let product fall ripping the boxes and damaging the product

On time delivery, packages delivered in good condition. We weren’t aware that there’s a thin coating of plastic on nearly every piece of materials, it’s difficult and extremely time consuming to peel off as it does not come off in one piece. It’s so thin that it constantly rips, it took 2 people nearly 3 additional hours of just peeling plastic. There were issues with the door as well, my husband had to do some problem solving to make the wheels align better. I wouldn’t order this shed if you don’t have a skilled handyman with time and patience to put it together. Overall, fair price but additional things like the plastic coating and unfit door would’ve been nice to know

I like the kitchen pantry. It was delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
I give a failing grade to the assembly instruction booklet! The instructions should indicate more detail: which end of each piece is top or bottom, clearer examples of where some of the pieces are to be attached to each other, and indicate which part is in the diagram (lower part of unit or upper part of unit. A few times we attached pieces to the wrong end of the other piece - very unclear directions. Some pieces did not have a sticker attached to indicate the # of the item. It would be helpful to provide instruction videos as well. At the very least - please improve the assembly instructions. When I contacted customer service for help, they emailed the same diagram that was in the instruction booklet and told me to follow those instructions. This was of no help at all.

The reasonable price and excellent quality for a large half umbrella with a discount and free shipping within 2 days of placing my order made my purchase a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Aosom
