Très difficile de désinstaller complètement leurs applications. Cela tient plus du virus que de l'application

AnyTrans honored their lifetime license, which I purchased in 2022. I still have the receipt. It is good to promise a lifetime license and then honor that license when I switch laptops.

Total scam. Product did not work on Mac 10.13.6 or Sonoma version.
Wouldn’t refund any money at all saying the refund period expired despite constant complaints from day ONE

Horrible experience with product "Anytrans"
Software was to allow me to edit my iPhone's Home Screen from MS Windows 11. iMobie just kept pilling on additional requirements.
Contacting company impossible. They have locked me out by declaring my email addresses are INVALID.

Stay Away , purchased the unlimited version of AnyDroid, nothing happened, sent them message answering will be arranged soon, nothing changes. Big Scam !!!!

The software did not work on my particular problem, but they refunded me without question.

While the software did not work as expected, the customer support was good, although a little slower than I hoped.

Could not install but got my money back no problem after contacting them and explaining to them what the problem was. Had good communication

My issue was loss of multiple contacts. I appreciate the stepwise instructions. At this point I “stopped” at keeping my contacts in the phone. I’ll deal with synching cloud and phone at a later date

He contratado el servicio, y no funciona, les he enviado varios tickets a soporte y no contestan hoy he intentado nuevamente enviar un ticket y da error el formulario de contacto de soporte.
Son estafadores no contraten estos servicios

leur logiciel anytrans est génial et m'a bien aidé !
il faut parfois quand même revenir sur itunes pour faire sois-même les transfert mais cela reste très rare

I am giving it 2 stars as it did the job I bought it for, moving WhatsApp messages from my Android phone to my iPhone. It took a while and it's quite an involved process. Ultimately I was left feeling that I had potentially compromised my PC's and phones security. My Norton Anti Virus gave it a thumbs up though. So I have had to update passwords etc. Ultimately I should have done a factory reset on my iPhone, restored the iPhone backup and moved my WhatsApp messages that way. It would have ultimately been easier and safer.

The backup works but won’t restore. What’s the use then? I tried to contact support. The support team kept asking me to send a log file to them and after their so called analysis, they said the software had a crash and asked me to restart it. I tried again but failed, leading me to contact then again, and they responded I should be patient loading the backed up content, such as messages. They said the more messages I had, the longer the time I needa wait, but the point is I only have 6 messages. I waited for an hour and the softewre closed suddenly. Obviously, it’s their problem but the company kept asking me to send a log file to them to analyse, but without a working solution. They tried to sell a non-working software and when a costumer enquire, they are so used to fooling customers around by suggesting layman solutions such as restarting the software and trying again and being patient.

A complete waste of time and money. They don’t refund and just make you lose your energy (finally give up requesting a refund). Please don’t buy!!! Trust me

Horrible... I trusted AnyTrans to backup my iphone on an external drive whilst sent for repair.
Now it's back (the same phone). I'm trying to restore it and I get a message saying it can't be done because of a problem of compatibility. The support person told me they can't help because of apple's limitation. So why are you offering a service with an apple product!!!
I'm beyond angry as I urgently need my phone restore to the exact state it was. It's not just about content.
The worst is that they just don't even want to try to help. They just sent me a link to what I already tried and they ignored the screenshot I sent showing the error message.

Terrible service. Does not work and now I am scared I won´t get a refund. I should have read the reviews, always read the reviews!!

AnyTrans is a great app when it works but if you need any help and submit a ticket you’re out of luck there in a business to collecting money once they have your money you’re not getting any help I’m on day 4 and no response on my ticket I’ve turned in twice. I would gladly give my program back to them for a refund.

It really a scam, they are not responding to any ticket
The service is really pathetic, they are installing some developer WhatsApp that does not work at all
You might stuck with whatsapp SMS limit as they will remove your current whatsapp.

Scam. I paid for the product but they didn’t send the license key. I sent multiple emails, I opened ticket to the support site but no response. 7 days since I paid and no sign from them. They just stole my money.

This is either a fraud or just a useless rip-off

when uninstalling, this app is deleted partially, it looks like a low-quality and/or potentially dangerous apps.
I do not recommend installing in general
