SCAM!!! Do not use! I booked a taxi from Menorca airport to our hotel and back again but the day before our holiday they cancelled the booking saying they would refund the money within 5-9 working days. I have never received my refund despite numerous messages and emails to the company.

Absolutely shocking service!

My taxi booking was cancelled, and I was promised a refund within 5–9 working days. That time has passed, and I’m still waiting for my money.

I’ve contacted them multiple times by email and through their website, and they’ve completely ignored me.

Cancelling bookings, failing to issue refunds, and ignoring customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them.

Taxi was cancelled immediately after booking. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund despite an email initially promising that it had been processed. Do not use!

Avoid this company – No service provided and no refund!
​I booked a transfer with anytaxitransfer.com on 19th September. They took my money, confirmed that the driver was on the way, and then cancelled my ride just a few minutes later.
​I received an email claiming I would be issued a full refund plus compensation for the cancelled service. It has now been over three weeks, and I have not received a single penny back. On top of that, customer support has completely stopped responding to my emails.
​Extremely unreliable and terrible service. I am now forced to recover my money via a bank chargeback. Avoid at all costs!

It's just a scam.... simple as that.....we booked a taxi from Mercia airport to camposol Spain..... paid quite a cheap price for it.....on the day before we were to arrive they text me to say the driver has cancelled the pick up, they were sorry about this and that will refund the payment with a small amount more for the inconvenience......no money forthcoming....messaged them ....no reply....scam.... keep clear .

Don’t use this company!!! I wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money. Take your booking and money then cancel promising a refund that never comes.

Like many of the reviews. It was terrible. I booked a taxi in Spain and they cancelled on me . They wrote an email with an apology saying they will refund me and give me a compensation. One month later and nothing many emails with no replies. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Please dont use this crowd.

I order once then they cancelled the ride so i order other ride (instead of 100 km i order 20 km ride) and they confirmed and cancelled again. I got teo emails that they will send me money back but since then no money no contact.

They are scammers never trust this

I have the same experience with this company. On 19th September booked a transfer from Lamezia Terme to Tropea.
No transfer and no refund.

Worst company ever, do not suggest to use their services.
Is there someone who could get the refund?
What possibilities to we have? Can we rely on italian authorities to get our money back?

Don't book this company it a scam get you cheap transfer you pay for it then 2 days later the come up with so bull×××t saying that the taxi driver as cancelled.
They then tell you that driver as been banned from their site.

Mettono una stella perché meno non posso mettere. Come dicevo nell'altra recensione non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso dei 15 euro spesi per una corsa che non è mai avvenuta, perché cancellata dall'azienda suddetta all'ultimo momento, creandomi, oltretutto, molto disagio.

I booked and paid for a taxi transfer from Fuertventura airport to our accommodation only to find when had landed I received an email to say the ride had been cancelled and that I would receive a full refund plus compensation for the inconvenience caused, 3 weeks later and 4 emails sent to the taxi company asking where refund is and had no reply to any email I have sent

worst experience I have ever had booking a taxi, the cancellation was last minute, our flight did not land until late at night and left us trying to arrange another transfer with someone else, non existent customer service and still trying to get my money back out of them!!

This company is a scam. They cancelled my booking the day before the scheduled transfer and, in theory, offered a refund plus €15 compensation. However, I never received the refund, and the card number shown on the refund confirmation was not my card number.

I tried contacting the company in two different ways, but I never received a response. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.

Very disappointing experience – money taken, transfer cancelled, refund still outstanding

I booked a taxi transfer with AnyTaxiTransfer for Malpensa Airport, Milan, on 14 September 2026, late at night. Unfortunately, my family and I were left dealing with a very stressful situation.

The payment was taken, but the transfer was cancelled. I was subsequently told that the issue was the driver’s responsibility. However, despite having evidence of the booking, payment, cancellation and correspondence regarding the refund, nearly three weeks have now passed and I still have not received my money back or the additional compensation that was promised to me.

I have contacted AnyTaxiTransfer six times by email and have received no meaningful response. I also contacted them through their website. I received an automatic message saying that my request had been received and that they would respond within 24 hours, but again I received no proper response.

What concerns me even more is that, after looking at other customer reviews, I have found similar complaints from other customers describing cancelled transfers, payments being taken, and customers being referred to the driver when seeking a refund. This has made me seriously question how these bookings are being handled.

I have kept all the evidence, including booking information, payment records, emails and correspondence.

I am posting this review to warn other travellers to think very carefully before booking and paying for a transfer through AnyTaxiTransfer.

My money is recovered through my bank

Absolute scam! Do not use this company! I ordered a Taxi transfer from Catania Airport to Palermo Airport and paid 153 Euro. Within 7 minutes the fare was cancelled and I received a refund notice and the money would appear in my bank account within 7-9 days. I have not received any refund and have contacted them multiple times but no response.

Same as most comments on here. Booked taxi whilst in Vienna, paid upfront, taxi then cancelled. They offered full refund + €15 for the inconvenience. Nothing arrived and they won't respond to emails.
Clearly this Company is a Fraud and Scam. They should be closed down immediately.

I am so disappointed coming to these reviews after using this company. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is clearly just a scam company and I am one of many who booked and paid for a taxi, to then receive an email within minutes stating that it had been cancelled and that a refund, plus compensation was being sent to me. Big surprise, nothing was sent and I am now trying to get my money back through my bank. £109.25 they stole from me. Do not use this company.
