I also noticed that you mentioned the spotlights are "pulsing". This may refer to flickering, which can sometimes be caused by using LED spotlights with an incompatible dimmer switch rather than an issue with the product itself. When my order arrived
When my order arrived, nearly a third of the lamps arrived damaged, and unusable. Checked out with PayPal, and now I have to play about with filling out forms to get replacements. Better packaging on the ends of the bulbs would have fixed this!

And yes there was no help customer service wise, as I didn’t want to speak to you, and you didn’t have anyone else to put me through. And again, when I first called back as I needed to order longer tubes, you said and I quote, “so the same order, just longer tubes. No questions about wattage! Your reviews speak for themselves. I should have looked at them first.

You are correct that you submitted your return request online. Our previous response referred to the assistance provided during the subsequent telephone conversations, where a member of our team helped identify a suitable replacement product, provided the relevant product code on more than one occasion, and explained the ordering process.
It also appears there may be some confusion regarding who you spoke with. The response published here has been made on behalf of the company after reviewing the interactions, I was not the one who assisted you from Customer Service.
You also mentioned that you wished to escalate your complaint to someone else. The colleague who assisted you is responsible for handling customer service enquiries and complaints, so your concerns were already being addressed by the appropriate person. Referring the matter to another member of staff would not have changed the process or the outcome, as the same information and policies would apply.
With regard to the wattage, this information was requested to help ensure that the replacement tubes would be compatible with your existing fitting and to reduce the risk of a second incorrect purchase. As you explained that you were buying the products for someone else, confirming the specification was an important part of providing accurate guidance.
Finally, we note that this review relates to the same order and circumstances as your earlier review. We are always happy for customers to update or amend their existing feedback if they feel it no longer reflects the full experience, as this provides the clearest picture for future customers.

Order arrived damaged but replaced without issue
I ordered 7 led tubes and all of them had broken ends. The box they were delivered in didn't appear to be damaged. I spoke to customer services and they sent out a replacement order straight away which seem fine and work as they should.

Great even when not their fault
DPD driver threw my package on the ground despite it being marked Fragile, Any-lamps sent me a replacement to the damaged bulb same day.

Best Buy
purchased some LED bulbs from Any-Lamps to replace one in my bathroom that went faulty. After searching for the right replacement Any-Lamps where the only company with the right one. I received the bulbs with in a few days of ordering. I have made a note of this company for any future needs.

Avoid this company. Just a drop shipping scam.
No replay from customer service. I have emailed twice and still no reply after 10 days waiting. No telephone number so my only option will now be a credit card chargeback.
Avoid as they offer no customer service.
