Good DOT all the time that I ordered tyres on this site and it's already the 3rd time. Good delivery time and also fair prices in my opinion. No problems at all with all the tyres ordered until now.

My first 4 orders dated 2026 of 14 tyres paid in advance (RO-0126-00133, RO-0126-00240, RO-0126-00572, RO-0126-00715) were not delivered and the cash was refound after 30 days.
I am extremely disapointed about this experience and the way they are managing the customer care.

Super fast delivery, everything was perfect.

Ordered a more than one month ago, no information provided on when they will actually deliver my tire. My request for a refund is unanswered and they act like I've did not tell them I want a refund. So in summary, order not received, refund not received, and I don't know when I am going and if I am going to get either of them.

02/03/2026: Nowhere in the messages between me and you have you confirmed that my refund is pending. You never acknowledged my request for a refund. My review still stand until I received a refund.

Very large offer of tires and rims. I ordered multiple times your products. I am very demanding when I choose rims and especially tires (only the best). I was allways very happy with my purchase, with only one exception (once I ordered a set of rims and the package contained only 19 nuts, instead of 20).

Am făcut comandă și am plătit 800 lei pt Bridgestone 150/80 R16,în data de 6 februarie 2026. Până în prezent nimic. Am încercat să i-au legătura cu dânșii,dar nu poți. Am scris mail,îți răspunde AI. E o inselotarie. Nu luați.

Am comandat doua cauciucuri de motocicleta care au fost trimise in doua colete diferite, insa unul din ele a fost trimis la un alt client, impachetat impreuna cu un cauciuc comandat de acel client. Desi am reclamat acest lucru, cei de serviciul clienti au insistat sa ma convinga ca livrarea a fost facuta si eu am primit cauciucul, desi era simplu sa compare adresa mea, unde am comandat produsul, si adresa unde s-a livrat. Problema a fost rezolvata de mine, dupa mult timp pierdut, am aflat cine este clientul care a primit cauciucul meu si am convenit ca el sa mi-l trimita mie, pe cheltuaia mea, la adresa unde trebuia sa ajunga de la inceput. Noroc ca omul respectiv a fost de buna credinta si a inteles situatia. Asadar aveti grija, s-ar putea ca comanda voasta sa ajunga in cu totul alta parte! Cu siguranta nu am sa mai comand in viitor de aici!

scam, they didn’t deliver the tiers, They say they did

I placed an order for a Pirelli MT 60 rear tire on February 9th, and as of today, it still has not arrived. I have sent multiple requests asking for a real and updated status of my order, but I have not received any response at all.

Communication with the seller is extremely difficult. No information is provided, no updates are given, and customer support seems completely unresponsive. It is very frustrating to pay for a product and then be left without any explanation or proper communication.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this seller based on the lack of professionalism and customer service.

UPDATE: After making over 20 inquiries, I finally received a response claiming the courier was the problem. However, this is a blatant lie. The FedEx tracking number was only generated on February 16th—after weeks of my repeated complaints—and the status has remained stuck at "Label Created." FedEx has never actually received the parcel from the seller!
I am still struggling to get a refund with zero results. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and are essentially running a scam by withholding my money for a product they never shipped. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an online store.
UPDATE2: I am updating my review to show everyone how Anvelopelider treats a customer after taking their money and failing to deliver for nearly a month (Order placed on Feb 9, 2026).
After providing a FAKE tracking number (FedEx confirmed the package was never even handed over), their support team sent me an incredibly arrogant email, basically telling me to stop bothering them about my missing money:
"Hello, We would like to inform you that this is our last response regarding this issue. The request is still in progress, so there is no point in contacting us for another response."
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They take your money, provide fake shipping info, and then have the nerve to tell you to stop contacting them. I am now filing formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC), ANPC, and initiating a Chargeback through my bank to recover my funds from these scammers.

I thought it was a scam. I ordered and payed, they sent the bill and then nothing for almost a month. When I asked what happens, they said it was a problem and sent my money back.

Nice website, the merch is great, prices even more so!

I have placed and fully paid my order on 9th of February and, to this date, they have not been abled to provide a status for it: neither for delivery, nor for cancelling it. This is really unacceptable! If you cannot deliver the tire, then it is normal to correctly inform your customer, not to send generic messages with no real info. Since there is no communication from their side I have placed a complaint with the office of customer protection! Lack of professionalism and respect for customer! This looks more like a scam, rather than a serios seller!
