and then didn't respond to my emails to return/refund, don't purchase products from them

Absolut minderwertig. Falsche Größe geschickt. Rücksendung soweit ich sehe ist nicht möglich.

Received my order of drawstring shorts. No drawstring. Basically junk. Not returning. Stay away from this outfit.

The original order was not filled. Received goods that I did not order, the sizes where a mix of everything, a lot of it did not fit. A waste of time and money.

Bought a pair of what was supposed to be motorcycle trousers and they sent me a pair of lightweight joke trousers, the protection has been screen printed on to look like protection and the material is thinner than paper, a complete scam.

Ein T-shirt und eine Hose bestellt. Hose war eine Falschliefeung. Keine Antwort vom Kundenservice. Minderwertige Ware, überteuert. Bild passt nicht zum Original.

I received after 3 weeks a pair of boots that where absolutely different from the ones i chose on the site, the material was very cheep and worst quality. I wrote a mail for the returning process but nobody answered...such bad experience to buy on this site.

I bought a pair of square toe retro slippers because of the website pictures. They seemed to be a cheaper version of a European clog but when I received them it was clear that they are NOT the shoe depicted on the website. The pictures showed a stitched shoe with some arch support. These were absolutely flat and glued together. Anurvogel claims to have a return policy and promises to contact you with instructions (in 24 hours) on how to return items. It's been three days now. Also if you read the fine print, they only offer store credit not a refund. Buyer beware

They are fake, the worst quality I've ever seen, no labels just a L tag for large. The materials is that thin I'm surprised they're not transparent the badge isn't even worthy of being a resemblance. Never shop here so fake and I'm currently disputing with PayPal for counterfeit items.

Ordered two pairs of shorts on the 26th of April, still haven't received the items been nearly 3 weeks, really bad communication regarding emails. Will never shop here again: way too unreliable, bad communication, delays, bad tracking system. I'm yet to find out whether their items are legit and not fakes; I'm hoping not because this was the last place to sell the shorts I've wanted for a while.
