Very Satisfactory.
Excellent product, quick delivery. I had a fidgetcube long ago that unfortunately got lost, so I am very pleased to have found a replacement to help me keep busy during quiet times.

fraudulent shipping charges
The shipping fee was displayed after purchase. The shipping fee was set several times higher than the product price, and although I requested cancellation within 10 minutes of purchase, it was not accepted because it was stated that the item had already been shipped. I filed a dispute through PayPal, and they accepted the cancellation, but their handling was dishonest.

Hello K.T.
As always, we are sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. We would also like to see shipping costs get back to "normal", and as explained we do not profit on shipping nor do we do our own shipping unfortunately.
I would suggest reaching out to our support team, but I can see this has been resolved, maybe not in the smoothest way though and we apologize for that.

Get the Prism!!
I am so thrilled with my experience with this- I got a fidget cube and one of the holder Prism keychains so I can put it on my carabiner. I got the Prismso I can keep track of it better, but it honestly has been making the fidget cube experience soo awesome because of the way I can hold the cord. Having a fidget cube has been helping me at concerts and while I'm starting my student teaching!

Not a great quality fidget cube
I didn't like the quality of the fidget cube I ordered. The metal ball you spin was hard to move and squeaked when it did. The other components of it also didn't move like they have on past fidget cubes I've gotten. They didn't feel satisfying like they usually are.

Support small business - they're unique
I like to support individual (non-corporate or "big) businesses, and am delighted with the more personal touch in the whole process of getting my Fidget cube. Receiving "personal" responses helps to shrink the world and widen the sense of community...both anti-anxiety feelings.

We were very disappointed
We were very disappointed. Not only did the item break the very first day due to poor quality, we were asked to pay for shipping to return the item, only to be offered a refund not including the shipping here and back. We will sadly not be purchasing anything from Antsy Labs here or on Amazon.
