My siamese cat had a lot of problems walking and jumping but after taking Antinol for 1 year he is like 5 years younger. We love the product

I have ordered from Antinol Europe on more than one occasion, and unfortunately the order fulfilment process continues to be unacceptable.

It has now been four business days since I placed my order, yet there has been complete silence. There has been no update to confirm whether my order has been processed, dispatched, delayed or is awaiting stock. Customers should not have to chase for basic information after payment has been taken.

In today’s world, this level of transparency is simply appalling. Every reputable online retailer provides timely order updates or, at the very least, communicates when delays occur. Keeping customers completely in the dark is unacceptable.

The product itself may be excellent, but that does not excuse a poor fulfilment process. Antinol Europe needs to significantly improve its order processing and communication. Customers deserve clear, proactive updates without having to chase for information.

Right from the beginning, you solved in no time a small technical issue I faced. The response was immediate and absolutely helpful. Moreover, the order was processed in less than a day and the delivery two days sooner than the programmed one. The overall experience was more than PERFECT.

I purchased some products from Antinol and, after noticing a delay compared to the delivery time they had indicated, I contacted customer service. At first it wasn’t easy to get a reply, but once my request was taken in charge they were very helpful: they apologized, explained that the issue was caused by the courier, and took concrete steps to make up for the inconvenience. Their response showed professionalism and a serious approach to customer care, which I genuinely appreciated.

Assistenza seria per l'ordine del mio amato cane Tex Ho acquistato della merce da Antinol e, riscontrando un ritardo rispetto ai tempi dichiarati, ho contattato l’assistenza. All’inizio non è stato semplice ottenere una risposta, ma una volta presa in carico la segnalazione sono stati molto disponibili: si sono scusati spiegando che il problema dipendeva dal corriere e hanno fatto un gesto concreto per rimediare al disagio. Apprezzo la volontà di risolvere e l’attenzione mostrata verso il cliente.

Ik denk dat het een hoogwaardig product is (gebruik het nog maar kort voor mijn kat), echter heb ik problemen met de capsules. Mijn kat wil ze niet zo eten, dus ben ik genoodzaakt ze te openen en proberen de olie eruit te krijgen om het te mengen met een liquid snack. Ik krijg de olie er echter nauwelijks uit. De capsule is te klein en hard en de olie blijft zeker voor de helft achter. Het product is al erg duur, maar nu dus nog duurder omdat ik de helft weggooi met d3 capsule. Ook zit een deel vd olie die er wel uit komt, aan mijn vingers. Ik heb al van alles geprobeerd, maar blijf er mee worstelen. Helaas dus erg frustrerend: -(

The order is not complete . It’s missing a box of Antinol dogs . I’m still waiting for the problem to be solved .

My UPS shipment has been experiencing an unexplained delay for almost a week now, and I still have not received the item.
I have sent several emails regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. The tracking information does not provide a clear reason for the delay, and the delivery date continues to be postponed.
I would appreciate it if you could check the current status of my shipment and inform me of the reason for the delay, as well as when I can realistically expect delivery.
